Leigh is the rudest person! She works the front desk and she should be absolutely ashamed of her poor attitude and lack of professionalism! She is the face of this dentist office and is the first person you see when you enter and the person you must speak with to check in and check out with. She will threaten to kick you out if you miss an appointment or had to reschedule an appointment. She will lie to you and say you’ve missed appointments when you have not. These reviews about her attitude are the truth! If you’re a new patient she will refuse to put you in the system as well. Jennifer who works at this office and occasionally answers calls is always more than happy to help but Leigh is an absolute nightmare and has no respect for anybody. If you hate your job as much as you seem to then why are you working? Stay home and keep the miserable act at home!

I would recommend Dr. G and the Hurricane staff to anyone, especially those with dental problems due to medical issues. I have Sjögren’s Syndrome which causes a ton of dental issues. Dr. G has gone out of his way to understand and treat it. The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and doing ok after I have procedures. I’ve been to multiple dentists in my life and Dr. G and his staff are by far the best.

My husband called inquiring about their emergency dental services that they advertise on their website since he had chipped his tooth this morning only to be treated like garbage by the on call representative. She was very rude and unwilling to help in anyway since he wasn’t an already established patient. I suggest you update your website to state this service is only available to existing patients to save others the trouble of being treated like trash for inquiring about a dental service you offer on your website!!

I came on 8/16/21 for my deep cleaning. It was the best deep clean ever. I actually see and feel a difference in my teeth. I forgot the lady who did my cleaning(her name started with a K from Jackson county) but she was awesome! A Very kind and gentle soul. She made me feel very comfortable. From the receptionist,to the young lady who done my x-rays all have a warm good spirit. I really enjoy the the closeness that they make their patients feel. I could go on. I highly recommend. Great work Staff!!!!

On April 28,2022 Stephen P. Graziani had to work on my two front teeth. Everything was fine until he decided to inject 💉 my upper lip with (Anesthesia)×2. Anesthesia is injected into the maxillary anterior barley piercing the tissue with the beval towards the bone- standard malpractice procedure, my lips have nothing to do with my teeth. Graziani is well aware that I had lip surgery to remove four skin from my lip/Graziani injects my upper lip exactly where I had my surgery done at... like why!? This is exactly the reason why people like me can't or don't bother seeking help, America is sick of people like this, I'm scarred for life just because this dude felt some type of way, a couple of weeks before that it took some blond hair blue eyed girl (thank you) to get him to act right then he was all apologetic because he was having a bad day.

My daughter took my grandchildren to this office today. One of my granddaughters was extremely upset about the unprofessional and berating treatment she received from the dental hygienist. Their mother was not allowed with them while being treated, so the hygienist decided to announce the children's diagnosis and treatment in front of a roomful of other patients and strangers. She also felt it necessary to berate my daughter. A very unprofessional business.

I visited this office for the first time yesterday. I was warmly greeted by the office staff and felt welcomed into the office. After a very short wait I was taken back by Kim who made me feel at ease with the process of getting all necessary x-rays and tests to create a proper treatment plan.
I have been to several dentists in the past, that have pushed over treatment services that were not necessary, I found Dr. Falbo to be honest and felt the treatment plan that he discussed with me was honest and realistic in my dental health. Everyone from the front office staff, to hygienist staff to the office manager has been so helpful. I look forward to starting treatment soon with this Dental Office. Thank you for the care and honesty you provided to me.

I am currently a patient of Dr Monday and I can honestly say I wouldn't trust my dental needs to any one else. He and his staff take extra special care of myself and my whole family. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of dental work of any kind. His entire staff in polite and friendly and put any anxiety that you may have by being at the dentist office at ease right away. Thanks to all the staff at This office.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Graziani for many years. I first saw him, after putting my own dental health on the back burner, while we made sure our four daughters received excellent dental and orthodontic care. Needless to say, I needed some pretty major dental work done when I first sought dental care. He has always taken into consideration my needs while working out a dental plan for my oral health. His professional ability and expertise is beyond measure. Words cannot express the confidence and trust both myself and my husband have in his ability to give us the best care and brightest smile we can both have. The staff is very professional and courteous. It is a busy office and they are always willing to take new patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephen Graziani to anyone seeking the very best in dental care.
