Everyone was friendly but professional and knowledgeable. I learned about a procedure I needed, but didn't know about from my previous dentist. Offered different payment options that were very helpful.

I had a appointment scheduled six months in advance. I showed up for my appointment and they overbooked appointments and couldn't fit me in. Thanks for wasting my time and for wasting a vacation day.

My husband had a full set of dentures made taking 2 months to get thrm when went to pick them up they wanted payment up frount before he even got to see them there payment plan was applyimg for credit then went he put them in.he.couldn.t open his mouth without them.dropping out they said try them for aweek there. They will form a suction.Of course thats a lie when they are to big and fall out of your mouth there will never be suction they were the poorest looking dentures beside being very large they looked cheap but cost over $700.00.i told them to keep them and refund my money if your smart don.t go there.

Honestly, the best place to go in a 30 mile radius. They are not family/locally owned so if there’s a problem you can go to HR and file a complaint. It’s not like the other offices in the area that abuse their patients insurance to get more money. They have a new facility and equipment.
SUMMARY:
Switch to Aspen Dental and give it a try. If you don’t like it you Can switchback.

Everyone was nice and the facility is top notch, but the pricing was ridiculous. They come up with a excessive treatment plans then push you to finance it to the tune of several thousands of dollars. I won't be returning. It's a chain store for dentistry.

Overall everything was okay. The dentist did not introduce himself. I felt he could have explains the process more. I felt I had to do most of the talking. The prices for for the dental work was very experience.

Took my husband in for tooth pain. We had a very long wait, which is not the reason for only a (1) star review. Husband continued to have pain for a week plus after a molar extraction. We discovered that the dentist had actually missed several tooth fragments, a few of them being pretty large in size. I removed these fragments myself with tweezers and he was then pain free in a couple days.

I'm extremely unhappy with Aspen Dental. The first thing that they did was take x-rays, which was totally understandable. I was told that I would need a root canal on my front tooth, which I was okay with. What I didn't realize was that they were going to file down my tooth to next to nothing. I wasn't told that was what would happen or I never would have agreed with it. I had no choice but to have a crown put on my tooth. This was supposed to be permanent. It lasted six months. It fell off on a friday afternoon. No front tooth for a weekend. It was devastating and embarrassing. I went somewhere else to have it fixed because there was no way I was going to trust them to do it. I'm now out all of that money and owe someone else more money(that I don't have) to fix it the right way.
