Aspen Dental

I needed an emergency appointment for an abscessed tooth. I called last week and they got me on the schedule for today. I get a call saying that my appointment was cancelled because “I didn’t confirm my appointment”, I never once had any confirmation request sent to me. The next available appointment was next week sometime. I was also then told that they wouldn’t be able to do root canals and may not even be able to extract my tooth. I was not informed of this when making my appointment. So unprofessional.

I went in for my 6 month cleaning. Only 1 other person in the waiting room. My temp was taken. Waited less than 5 mins to be called back. The hygienist answered all my questions. They even took 3D photos of my teeth for no extra charge. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

I loved my experience! Usually when I go to the dentists I feel like they just try to look for things wrong that’s not there. That was not the case with visit this time to the dentists! I am new to the area and gave Aspen dental a try and they were very friendly, clean and to the point! I finally found a dentist that I trust!

There ain't to many things on this crazy world that I'm deathly afraid of! The dentist is at the Top of the list for me! I've always had a hard time going to the dentist! Aspen dental is Great.. They listen,understand, and make sure your as comfortable as possible! The staff and they whole team is Amazing! I will be back soon to get my treatments started! Thank you Aspen. Dental!

Best dental experience I have ever had. I checked in for my appointment and turns out I had mistakenly scheduled it for a different location. They switched my appointment over to the office I was at and got me in right away. They were very efficient moving me through xrays, talking with the dental assistant, talking with the dentist, talking with the financial officer, and getting my teeth cleaned. I never had to wait more than a few minutes between. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and great at explaining things. Great team at the Aspen Dental office in Darboy!

I have avoided dentists for a long time. Too long. After way too many years of neglect I need a lot of work. I’ve avoided dentists mainly because I’ve had too many bad experiences of dentists scolding me like a child. I came to Aspen Dental because I had a toothache that could no longer be ignored. I interacted with three people while I was there, and went in with the attitude that if they made me feel bad or tried to belittle me I would simply walk out. Imagine my surprise when none of them even waved a judgmental finger my way. The got nothing but positive reinforcement. They didn’t care how long it had been since I had seen a dentist, they only seemed to care that I was here now and what they could do to help me. I know the mistakes I’ve made and I don’t need you to make me feel bad about it. Their positive and professional approach made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I couldn’t be happier that I came across the team at Aspen Dental. I am actually looking forward to going back to get my smile fixed. Sure it is going to suck having the work done but if they continue to treat me with that level of care and respect, I am happy to get the work done. They even helped me find ways to afford all of the work I need done. Thank you Aspen Dental!

Terrible experience. Scheduled appointment for new patient check up and cleaning for my son and myself. Took 2 hours before the hygienist went in to see my son to get his cleaning, and I had to cancel due to time crunch needing to return to work and them only having the 1 hygienist in today!! I was told there is never a guarantee that new patients can get a cleaning at the first visit. Who visits the dentist for a "check up" and doesn't get a cleaning? Very dispointing, was looking for a dentist close to home.

Very unpleasant experience. I felt judged and that the staff felt they were better than me and brushed me off. I had an abscess. For anyone who doesn’t know, a dental abscess can be one of the most painful experiences of someone’s life. They had NO regard for my feelings. I expressed multiple times to them that I was in EXTREME pain. They did not care at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I would have given 0 stars if I could. Shame on you all.

I visited this new office and was very happy with how friendly and helpful everyone was from the front desk to the xray tech to the dentist. The new patient exam was the most thorough exam I’ve ever had which made me feel so confident in knowing I was well taken care of. Dr. Robers was friendly, gentle, caring and explained things well. I will definitely be back for my cleaning and future needs. I’ve also passed my positive experience on to others.
