Great experience, from walking in the door into a welcoming environment to getting the best teeth cleaning I ever had.
I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Only complaint I have——- I had to wait over 20 minutes at the end to see the dentist. I was in a hurry to leave as my daughter had surgery that morning and was still in the recovery room. Perhaps I should have shared this so I’ll take part of the blame but one should not have to wait that long

If you have a record there but have not been in for a treatment yet, better not have a dental emergency. You will be out of luck and stuck with pain from a broken tooth over a holiday weekend. No one will come in and treat you if you haven’t had a first visit. Never mind being in pain over three days. Paperwork matters more than patients. Have 2 stars instead of one because it may be the pain talking.

I have had issues with old bridges that have failed due to time and age. The care I have received from Dr. Kling and his staff has been beyond exceptional. They took the time to listen to me and cared about my concerns. I had terrible dentists as a child that created major anxiety with going to the dentist. This team has cured me of that anxiety! It is never fun to have to go for a major dental problem but they make it as pleasant as possible.

I've gone to the other Appleton clinic my entire life and recently moved to this one due To a move and much overdue appointments. The first appointment was excellent and I thought I'd love the new office! I was horribly mistaken, I had set up 2 apts on the same day; a cleaning, and 1 cavity after 3 years of not being to a dentist. I overslept and missed one the appointments, but still came in for the other. I should've just let them both go.
I missed the cavity and they wanted to do a cleaning; because I travel for my job, I wanted the cavity taken care of over the cleaning because I brush regularly. When I asked to switch for my cavity instead they wouldn't do it. After 40 mins of waiting I asked again and this time someone decided to stay through lunch, however, I'd have to miss my next appointment which would occur in about 10mins. After asking in person more than once and calling atleast twice before my appointment to see if anything has opened up they finally agreed as long as I missed the other appointment. I have been sitting for a good 40minutes might I remind you when they finally started offering. I refused and continued to wait for my cavity filling. After a full hour of waiting I was livid! Not only could have I got the cleaning and cavity done on the same day (because I only refused when they finally offered because I was on time and my appointment should've been almost over at this point anyways) the entire time, they were having me sit for over an hour to wait for my doctor who was running late. And they did not mention he was late, after the hour I waited they finally told me.
So now I'm Livid waiting, of course I mentioned that to the front desk " I refused that apportionment so I didn't miss the other one and I could've done both, my appointment was also scheduled for an hour ago so as to why I'm even still sitting in the waiting area I'll never know," (yes I was angry and I have no doubt my attitude was out and showing!) finally my doctor sees me and the desk told him I was pist as if my face didn't give it away already. He REFUSED to work on me because I was angry! " let's set up another time because you clearly aren't in the mood to be worked on" his exact words. He was so wrong, I was over ready to be worked on, he wasn't ready to work!
I called the original location and spoke with management, he sided with his front desk people because I had an attitude. Um excuse me? I've gone here since I can remember and never had an issue go to your next office and have a terrible experience and I'm at fault? For 20 years experience at this location with no complaints on my behalf or about me I give one and I'm the wrong one for having an attitude!? When I argued with him about how I'm the guest they should know better etc etc, he told me he would not have time at all for my appointments before I left on my travels again. I did in fact mention that I will be leaving this review and his only response: go ahead, we'll respond.
Unprofessional, messy, and disrespectful. Find another location like I am doing after 20 years!

Very friendly, professional, and quick. They gave me great feedback on how well I'm taking care of my teeth, what to do to maintain my health, as well as what to watch out for. Highly recommend.

This was my second visit to Dental Associates. The dental care was good but at both visits I had to wait ,they were not timely. I don't appreciate having to wait.
