My children and I have been going to this dentist office since the end of 2015 and we love the staff, there’s always a short wait time and efficient, accurate dental work performance. Shout out to Amanda who has worked there forever and is awesome with her bubbly, excited for life attitude. Melissa, the receptionist is 5 star as well with her quick responses and getting us scheduled right away. Dr Muddana is excellent also, she always uses my name and gives me her honest opinion like I am chatting with a Dr friend of mine. She walks me to the front desk too every time and makes sure I am all set and needs addressed after my visits. There is a newer guy there also who did phenomenal back in September time frame helping Dr Muddana fill cavities for me. I am all around VERY SATISFIED with their work, THANKFUL for their great service and HIGHLY recommend them to others in need of a dental practice for the whole family.

I was really pleased to find that the staff is very friendly and comforting. However, since choosing this dentist, I'm now dealing with issues that could and should have been avoided. My first visit here was about a year ago for a cleaning. I mentioned to the dentist that I'd previously had some discomfort from my wisdom teeth and that the pain stopped, but I could see that they were starting to push the teeth next to them out of line. He told me as long as they don't hurt, they don't need to come out. So here we are almost a year later. I started having extreme tooth pain. Thinking it was cavity related, I went in to have it checked out. I did need some fillings, but I was also told that my top wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. I pointed out again that the bottom wisdom teeth are pushing the teeth next to them out of line. Only after I mentioned that, the dentist decided that the bottom ones should come out too. Had I not said that, they would've left them alone to become even further impacted and infected. Now I'm dealing with extreme discomfort and constant migraine that doesn't go away with OTC pain medicine. The earliest appointment with an oral surgeon is 5 months from now. Not only am I extremely concerned about possible infection, but I have to live with this pain that affects every minute of my life for the next 5 months until the teeth can be removed. I'm not a dental professional but I could tell by just looking at them that they would be a problem. If the first dentist I saw here would have just looked at what I was talking about, he wouldve seen it too. I knew this was a problem a year ago and I trusted them when they told me that the teeth didn't need to be removed. It shouldn't have even gotten this far.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I had 6 X-rays done but they insisted I do 18 X-rays. I declined because I wasn’t comfortable so they refused to see me. I will never be back and plan to report it. They only care about making more money off of insurance by taking way too many X-rays. They place is dirty and staff is unprofessional. I’d rather pay out of pocket to go somewhere better.

Sweet Smiles is a great place. I hadn't gone to the dentist in years out of fear because the last dentist I went to traumatized me and I told myself I would never go to another dentist again. I had neglected my teeth big time and ended up getting an infection in my tooth. I made an appointment and they were beyond helpful. Not only did they give me a very over due cleaning but ended up removing 4 teeth that were broken and beyond repair plus a bunch of fillings. The clean was smooth and as gentle as they could make it considering the shape my teeth were in and when it would become to much the dental hygienist switched to hand tools instead of electric ones so it was less pressure on my teeth. The next day when I came in for round two (yes they work that fast to get things done) I had my last two teeth pulled and the fillings put in. While waiting for the numbing medicine to kick in I got to talk to this really awesome laid back woman who works there named Shontae. She made me feel beyond comfortable and it was like I was talking to family or someone I had known forever. Things like that matter in a business, just like it's important for a doctor to have good bedside manner. That being said, I would hands down recommend sweet smiles family dentistry they were awesome!
