The Good Dentist

The office is beautiful and the staff is very professional, prompt and polite. It was the best experience I have ever had at a medical office, and for sure the best experience I have EVER had at a dentist's office. My cleaning was very thorough and Dr. Ostromecki was an absolute delight, she explained the situation with care and compassion and explained my options and the treatment plan she recommended. Overall, I had the best medical experience I have ever had at The Good Dentist. I walked in nervous and walked out happy, when is the last time you heard someone say they were happy walking out of dentist's office! Thank you again Dr. O and thank you to the entire staff of The Good Dentist!

Dr. O and team are amazing! I have had anxiety with dental work from previous horrible experiences with other dentists. I needed a lot of work done and Dr. O and her team were so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience every time I came. I called yesterday regarding a pain I was having and they got me in early this morning between patients, fixed the issue quickly and didn't even charge me! She is a fantastic dentist and definitely worth seeing!

My first appointment as a new patient was a great experience! When my dentist retired I was looking for a provider closer to home and I am so glad I found the Good Dentist. Now in a brand new beautiful building with top notch equipment. The staff is efficient and friendly too. I look forward to many years with Dr. Ostromecki.

Overall, I do not recommend this new practice at all. My family is switching dentists. It is a poorly run business, understaffed, rude staff in a new building with patients transferred from the previous, wonderful dentist when the practice was sold.

My first experience with the good dentist was arriving to an appointment when I was unaware that the practice had been sold. I walked in and was told by the front desk staff that they were not sure if my preventative cleaning would be covered by insurance because they had not run it. They told me that I should have checked with my insurance before hand. No one had contacted me before hand. I have been a patient at this practice for five years.

The front desk staff was extremely rude during this ordeal. Later, when I declined x-rays I was initially told that they wouldn’t provide a cleaning if I didn’t get x-rays completed. I was later apologized to when I explained that I was pregnant. But this is not common practice to refuse a cleaning because someone declines the more $$$ X-rays.

When I made my follow up appointment, I had to schedule 2 1/2 months out. I took a day off of work and then the morning of my appointment, I received a call and was told my appointment was canceled due to illness of a staff member. There was no apology given. My appointment was rescheduled for two months later.

I would recommend choosing another dentist, save your time and your sanity as going to the dentist is already stressful enough without a host of scheduling problems, angry staff and bad business practice.

Beautiful facility with state of the art equipment and technology. Most importantly, every staff member I interacted with greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. I was seen promptly upon check-in and my cleaning was very thorough. I look forward to my next visit in 6mo!

I woke up at 4 AM this morning with the worst tooth pain of my life. My tooth was throbbing uncontrollably, swollen, and extremely sensitive to the touch. I reached out to The Good Dentist after a quick google search for emergency dental help.

Dr. Max promptly responded to my voicemail with a professional text at 4 AM!!! Within minutes he gauged the situation, gave me his professional opinion and was able to get the ball rolling for the expedited care I needed. I woke up feeling a tremendous amount of anxiety and fear for what was going on with my tooth but thanks to Dr. Max I felt instant reassurance and trust. I felt taken care of instantly. Based upon professionalism, character, integrity, and honesty alone, I would without a doubt recommend this place, especially Dr. Max.

Most of healthcare nowadays makes you feel like a product or a number in an assembly line. A lot of businesses care more about the money than the human being in front of them however, I can say with certainty that this is NOT one of those places. The Good Dentist truly puts quality care FIRST.

Honestly- BEST experience at the dentist and I personally do not like going to the dentist. My teeth have never looked or felt this clean after any cleaning I’ve had in my short 32 years of life. Definitely recommend going here!

Dr. Ostromecki is willing to practice fraudulent dentistry.

She told me that I needed $2700 worth of cavities filled asap, no nuances, my mouth is a wreck.

I had my suspicions because I have no gingivitis or sensitivity, and because of her pushiness and lack of details, so I got a second opinion from another dentist --- no cavities. Not one.

I know that dentists can have different opinions but this is too different. I'm glad I listened to my gut here.

She was looking to make an easy buck at the expense of drilling unnecessary holes in my teeth. I was an easy target because I hadnt been to the dentist in a while.

Unethical dentistry. Ask for proof in xrays and second opinions.

I hope this serves as a warning to future clients and to Dr. Ostromecki. I don't appreciate you trying to scam me.

Don't like dentist, but this was awesome. Updated equipment was great. All the people were pleasant and courteous. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Good Dentist.
