I had a tooth infection. Upon calling this office for the first time I was able to get in that same day. The front office personnel, Shae, was super nice and kind. Upon meeting Dr Judd, he examined the tooth, informed me of what I needed to do. He gave me options and potential costs for each option.
I’m very pleased to chose this dental office for my future dental needs.

DO NOT GO HERE. They didn’t believe me about an autoimmune disorder in my gums at my first visit, and now I’ve been in extreme pain for several days after scheduled work there. I called first thing on Monday morning after an excruciating weekend, and got no response until my third call after 2pm. THEY STILL MADE ME COME IN, DOUBTING MY SYMPTOMS! Now I’ve been at Walgreen’s for 45 minutes because they didn’t call in the prescription that they said that they had for the steroid rinse that I told them I needed two weeks ago! The dentist’s receptionist said that they called it in, but the pharmacy says that they received no call. Dr. Judd and the hygienists all SEEM so nice… but when it comes to actually delivering they fall very short.

I’m going to cancel needed dental work and start over elsewhere because I simply don’t trust their competence.

UPDATE: The dentist’s receptionist just DECLINED when the pharmacist at Walgreen’s where I’m waiting offered to fill the prescription there! At this point, I believe that she’s exacting retribution for my calling three times today. I have no idea why else she would do this! The dentist office closes at 5pm, and I called them at 8am in extreme pain. This is easily the worst dental experience of my life, and approaching the worst medical experience very quickly.

LAST UPDATE: I DID finally get my medicine at 4:55 by waiting inside Walgreen’s until it was ready - an hour and a half after arriving there, and almost two hours after the hygienist said that it would be ready. Apparently they called it in to the Walgreen’s closest to their office, despite my saying twice explicitly which Walgreen’s I use and being told it would be there. To top it all off, the receptionist at the dentist was literally ignoring my calls by the end, trying to avoid accountability. I had to leave a message saying that I was coming back in-person for answers, and then of course she picked up to avoid THAT.

For the record, I offered the name of my previous dentist who helped diagnose my disorder at my first visit, and Dr. Judd said “Dentists don’t really do that.” I told him that THAT dentist would and had even prescribed for me after I moved away, and he basically ignored me.

Clearly Dr. Judd isn’t in the same league as him. Look up Dr. Michael Wallace in St. Louis. 5.0 stars, and the positive ones are GLOWING, not the 3-word obviously solicited ones here.

Utter chaos and zero concern for my pain. I should have known when I saw that he’s married to a hygienist in his office. Stereotypical douchebag who left his wife for his younger employee because he’s only attractive when in power.

I only experience great service from the team at McFarland Family Dental. I highly recommend an appointment with these professionals.

Jamie and her team at Dane Dental are absolutely WONDERFUL! At my sons recent appointment they were so patient, kind and explained everything they were about to do. We went from dental fear, to being excited to visit our friends at Dane Dental. I would recommend Dane Dental to everyone!

They are always so pleasant. I used to hate going to the dentist, but they make me feel welcome, and are attentive to my needs. I love Shea and my new hygienist Patty. Highly recommend

McFarland Family Dental is the BEST! We just recently switched to them and have been nothing more than impressed. Their forward thinking and use of the most current technology out there for my dental health gives me a sense of security and comfort from the services they provide. The staff are AMAZING, our dental hygienist (Shelley) takes cares of making you feel comfortable the whole entire time. Great Service and so glad we made the switch.

REALLY liked the dental hygienist. First time having her. She told me things I never knew about my teeth. Held up a mirror to my mouth even so I could view what she was telling me about. Gave me suggestions and tips on products and how to get to a trouble spot. I hope o always get her! Plus…Shay at the front desk. I always love seeing her too. Such a nice lady.

My son had his normal 6 month cleaning & all went as it should. As always Dr. Judd was cheerful & pleasant!
