Distinctive Dentistry- Now Greenway Family Dental

I’ve had nothing but great dental care from this place and have been a patient there for quite a few years. From when you walk in it’s a calm relaxing atmosphere. When you are in the chair you can watch the birds and squirrels on the feeders outside which I really enjoy. The staff all remember your name and are genuinely caring and kind. The hygienists do superb work and are so gentle. Dr Shipley is very down to earth and takes the time to get to know you. I’ve never had a bad experience there and I go twice a year for my cleaning/exam. I never get overcharged or have to pay for unnecessary fees like I have at other dental offices in the past. I would highly recommend Distinctive Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental office.

My teeth get super clean after I get my teeth washed here.They always have good attitudes. The large window gives a nice view of the back, and combines well with the music to make it a relaxing experience. Much better than a lot of other clinics in town that make you feel you are on an assembly line.

This is the first dental office I've been to that I am happy to recommend! The whole staff is very helpful and understanding. They heard my concerns and made me comfortable during my visits. The scheduler really worked with me and my crazy schedule to find times that I could be seen for follow-up appointments. Dr. Shipley's dentistry is beautiful! His before-and-afters fill the walls showing how much a great smile can boost a person's confidence. The fillings he did for me blend right in with my natural teeth and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'm sending everyone I know to their lovely office. I feel welcomed and at ease. I'm greeted with by name and with a smile. During procedures, I'm told what is happening, what will happen, and I'm asked often if I'm comfortable and okay.
Everyone knows my name and is glad to see me. Not like any other dental experience I've had. Great staff!

I've been with Dr. Shipley for close to ten years now. I've seen him for routine cleanings and emergency dental situations. No matter how busy he was he's always made time for me and made sure I had a peace of mind before leaving. He's probably the most caring dentist I've had. His staff is also top notch and always accommodating.

There is no better dental experience in the area. The most pleasant dental office atmosphere I've ever been in. A friendly professional staff that has seen and knows the best treatment options with clarity. There isn't high pressure salesperson that tries to sell every option in a lockdown sales room like many dental offices have now.

5 stars just aren't quite enough for this place! They deserve 10 stars. Distinctive Dentistry has created an enviroment that is comfortable and relaxing. Not what you would typically expect from a dentist office.

From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. Jen is at the front desk and she is always so welcoming and genuine. Soothing music is playing, the office setting is beautiful, the rooms are so relaxing and I have always received top notch service. Did I mention fresh cookies and refreshments while you wait!? This place feels more like a spa than a dentist office. My husband and I always see Christy as our hygienist. She is absolutely fantastic, friendly, thorough with our cleanings but also very gentle! Dr. Shipley is always so kind and personable. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. If you are new to the area and looking for a dentist this is the place to go.

I had an amazing time here! My hygienist did such a great job and was very personable! I was so comfortable and the staff was very accommodating!
My hygienist even went above and beyond and removed some extra glue (from braces) I had on the back of my teeth! I would recommend Distinctive Dentistry to everyone!

awesome experience with my dental implant! I got consultations from 4 different dentists and went with this one as they went out of their way to explain everything to me and worked with my insurance for reimbursement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Been coming here for the last 7-8 years. I had tried a couple larger places in Madison that almost made me feel like part of an assembly line.

Here it is completely the opposite. I always have a good conversation with the hygenist and front desk. They all remember me and details about my family. With the Doc is very personable and kind, but our conversations tend to be a bit shorter but he's the doc so that's understandable

The rooms themselves are comfortable. The Doc feeds cranes in the back with some corn and it is quite entertaining watching them through the windows.

Try to grab a cookie on the way out. They are delicious.
