Capitol Dental has always been very good to me and my son. They explain in details our options and take care of all our dental needs. The staff are all fantastic . They are the best!!!

I've been going to Capital Family Dental and their West Allis location for years. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. They listen to your concerns and answer questions. They accept Medicare and many other insurance plans. They give you a call reminder for your appointment which I like. And the office is clean. Give them a try, you can always go somewhere else the next if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Customer service wasn’t so great. I originally called about a pain/sensitivity issue and the staff thankfully made arrangements for me to be seen the next day. I was told 3:30, but they put down 3:00 in their system. Even made arrangements with work based on what I was told. When I showed up at 3:20 the next day I was told I couldn’t be seen and they didn’t have openings until two weeks later……for a pain/sensitivity issue. While I appreciated them trying to squeeze me in on short notice, they failed to give me the correct time and then did not try to see me or correct their error. The dentist I’ve seen here in the past is wonderful, but I will have to establish with a new dentist now who can fit me in sooner.

Horrible experience for someone who had a filling fall out and has Community Care HMO through the state. Scheduled an appointment a week and a half earlier. The morning of my appointment I was in a car accident and called right away to reschedule and was told that now they don’t accept my insurance. This is totally unacceptable and discriminatory!!

I absolutely love my dentist Dr. Jessie Shidu. He is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I've been with this dentist office for 17 years. I promise they are the BEST in Milwaukee, WI.

Called near end of December and front desk receptionist said call at beginning of January as December is booked (which expected it is the near end of December—I was trying to register as a new client for a cleaning). So I did just that only for them to let me know their booked out until March/April due to hygienists being cut short for whatever reason. If they knew this ahead of time it would be considerate to let me know from the gecko, but they didn’t. Rather they wasted my time and had poor communication on their end.

Very clean very respectful they treat you with kindness and I promise you will not feel the pain at all I’m getting my mouth done right now from theme
