Four appointments, four different doctors. Dr. Nick is terrible. He would not listen to my concerns and now, not only do I need a root canal, but maybe two, do to his inability to listen to his patients. Also, I've been calling for three days now, leaving messages for someone to call for follow up after antibiotics for an abcess, only to finally get through to hear that the doors are locked today for an inservice for a software update. I was told I "might" get a call back tomorrow. Unacceptable. I can't wait to fill out my survey, which, I'm sure will be put in a trash bin to keep their numbers up. I've worked in both hospitals and clinics, and NEVER have we shut down completely to train for a software update. My infection treatment has caused me to have to reach out to my GP to be treated for side effects because of the antibiotics prescribed and this has now spread to my sinuses. I will be reaching out to my insurance company to file a complaint and see what other practices participate to change providers. Yes, it's a nice ooking place. That's the only good thing I have to say about this place. I have never had to see the dentist so many times in one year. Since starting here, I've had more problems with my teeth than I have in my entire life.

Dr Hansen was great. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about this clinic. I made an appointment expressly to fix a broken tooth, traveled an hour to get there, they were running late. They took an x-ray, the dentist (NOT Dr Hansen) looked at it and confirmed I had a broken tooth and would have to get that fixed. I explained I was there to have it fixed and they said I'd have to make an appt and come back. They knew the fix was exactly why I was there! I wasted 3 hours for nothing. Trying to get appointments is difficult if not impossible because they refuse to take appointments further than a month out. (Who does that???) Usually you get one or two choices and then they tell you you'll have to call back and you get to play that same game again. It's been 3 months and I still have a broken tooth. If you call and leave a message, no one calls back. Everybody has an excuse for why something goes wrong. Do not recommend.

Glad to hear Dr. Nick is leaving. I had a serious situation August 15, 2022. He has never once tried contacting me to see if I'm ok. I do blame him for the condition of my teeth.
Glad I found someone else to go too. No more moreMarshfield clinic dental for me!

Dr. Nick is rotten wouldnt recommend this place. Need the other ones back there again to make it worth going to again... went to get my dentures adjusted. He took them out of my mouth wiped off the adhesive put them in moved them around a couple times and did absolutely nothing for me... gave me my teeth back mumbled a bunch of stuff. Never offered adhesive to hold them in or anything.... wen jackie pam and the other receiptant were there in front at least they werent rude unlike theses ones now... and i dont know how to spell the dentist i had before but she was amazing knew her stuff. Will definitely be looking for somewhere else to go... missed about 2 hours of work so i could make this appointment for absolutely nothing to be done... Dr. Zhao was her name... she was great... at least she knew how to do the proper adjustment and not do anything about it...

My last encounter with the administrative staff left much to be desired. The individual I dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive and combative. There is no reason why I should have to call 3 times in one month to rectify the same issue. Rather than apologize and try to assist me or add clarity to what might have happened, the lady became defensive and would no longer hear my concerns. I tried to speak to a manager to get some help and was rudely told that the manager was on vacation. There was apparently no one I could speak to in that moment to hear my concerns and assist me.
This should not be happening in healthcare. I am extremely disappointed with this encounter and the lack of service received. This situation could have gone much better with some empathy, active listening and action geared towards a resolution. I would highly suggest customer service training for the administrative staff members who have to interact with the public. They should also be more mindful of the tone used when dealing with patients in an already stressful situation. A rude tone only serves to agitate patients who are already frustrated with the lack of service received.
