Root canal therapy failed after telling them that I've had bad experiences in the past. Dr Johnson assured me that he would do it right, personally. Was not given a tour or a gift bag like all other patients. Spent a lot of money out of pocket for bad results and now worse issues than I had before treatment. Your experience may be different but mine was not good. In response to your answer. It is not true that you didn't hear back from me. I called shortly after treatment and let you know that I was having a great deal of pain. I asked how much it would cost to have the tooth looked at and was told that it would depend on what the dentist found. I just shelled out over $1400 and now the pain I'm in a couple days later may cost me more?? That was not the answer that anyone in my position would expect to hear. The only other contact I've had from you is to tell me to schedule in for a cleaning. No follow up after my procedure and no follow up after I reported being in pain. You sure enough accepted all of my payments for service, which I paid off in a very short amount of time.

I recently had a emergency tooth problem and saw Dr. Hamman. It was my first visit to his office. The office is clean and bright. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the tour I was given of the office before seeing Dr. Hamman. And most importantly, Dr. Hamman did a great job explaining my problem and solving it that day. I recently changed dentist. I prefer the private practice to what I call "the assembly line" office. I am a ask questions type person as well as very figity in the chair.
Other practices have made me feel uncomfortable in regards to asking questions let alone dealing with my chair anxiety. They have been defensive if I asked how procedures were done, materials used, and other "why", "how" questions I asked......not the dental assistants and Dr Hammon...... they are super to me. They answer my questions, make me feel comfortable, treat me with respect, and kindness.
You may pay more for a private run dental office but the care you receive at Silver Creek Dentistry is exceptional. I feel Dr is clear and concise with his plan for me, he does not want to waste his time or mine on unnecessary procedures. He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about my dental hygiene. I do not feel like a number, nor do I feel services are pushed on me, they want me active in all aspects of my care. Thanks for making me feel wanted as your patient!
