I had made an appointment last fall and lost my insurance days before my appointment so I called and cancelled my appointment. So now the pandemic hit and I have a horrible tooth ache. I email midwest dental about making an appointment. They email me back and say that at this time we are not accepting new patients. Sorry. So I wait.....last week I see an ad that Midwest Dental is opening back up so I email again about an appointment. A woman calls me and leaves a voicemail that I can call back to schedule an appointment. When I call, the woman tells me that she cant make an appointment for me because i was a no call no show last fall!!! I told her I lost my insurance and I called and cancelled. Her response was that I must have called the day before the appt and it still counts as a no call no show!!! So I have waited all this time for nothing!! Terrible customer service
**Update** I had my top 2 wisdom teeth removed.
