An old crown fell off last night and when I called family dental they got me right in. The entire staff was outstanding. Very caring and friendly. Dr Buchanan was great as well as Emily.

Absolutely fantastic service, recently had an urgent situation that ultimately required a root canal. w/o an appointment they took care of me immediately and were able to fix the problem tooth in a matter of minutes. If anyone has had severe tooth pain, they can understand how debilitating it can be. Very thankful for the Dr. B and the whole staff including the front desk who did everything they could and more to accommodate me with zero notice

They are always so friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and go out of their way for you. Scheduling is a breeze and they aren't pushy if you can't afford something, but will work with you and give you options.

Of my 25 years of experiences of dealing with dentists in sheboygan county. Family dental care on Washington are the best. The office people are efficient and have answer's for any questions as far as the cost of care. Dr. Son is by far the best dentist I ever had. I think they are the best Dental office in sheboygan county. Wouldn't go anywhere else. NEVER HAVE ANY PAIN.

Seriously the most traumatic dentist experience I've had in MY LIFE... Will not be coming back again. Do NOT be tricked by the rating, the good rating is for the hygienist and office but the doctor is horrible.
Dr. Buchanan rushed a normally 1+ hour session into less than 30 minutes, and in the process managed to spray my face with water 5 times, was super rough in handling, rushed every step, and left immediately after. I'm honestly afraid what state my cavity fillings are in right now since he literally spent less than 15 minutes on each one. I will be visiting another dentist just to make sure everything is okay... Save your money.
