Amazing dentist! I asked my three year old how the teeth cleaning went. She yelled "It Was goooooood!! I even got a new toy!!" Excellent dentist for children. Our children enjoy going to the dentist, so this place is definitely doing something right!

I would never recommend Hilltop Family Dental to anyone. On two separate occasions I payed for the service and then received a phone call by collections saying that my bill had been sent over for collections. When I called them to talk about it they would not talk to me about it. On both occasions the dental office stated they have sent me several invoices regarding non payment which I never received but in reality I had already payed for the service. The collection agency was awesome in helping me through this process and getting my money back.

Constantly being overcharged. Only dental/medical facility that I've ever been to that charges you up front rather than wait for insurance payout and then bill you. Have to go in and get refund after EVERY visit. Always get the run around (LIES) from receptionist as to why we are being overcharged in an effort to get us out of their office. They don't want other customers to hear that they are ripping you off. I paid for both of my kids' braces up front but was charged 3 times. They eventually refunded the extra charge but yet another example of unqualified billing staff. After reading the other reviews, I highly recommend seeking service elsewhere.

My visit was a complete waste of time. No help for my pain, wouldn't listen to my concerns. They don't offer any type of help other than numbing for operations and when I said that won't work for me, I have bad panic attacks, they wouldn't listen and kept pressuring me to come back. They also kept saying they weren't even sure if they could fix my wisdom teeth. I don't know what exactly it is they do offer, but if you need actual dental help you're screwed in this state.

Very friendly staff, my apt wasn't bad at all. I was comfortable, the lady doing my x-rays was wonderful and very talkative and good at explaining what was going on.
