I like Dr. Gallagher, but did not get her this last time. I went in for a filling that fell out and a chipped front tooth. Explained to the other dentist my extreme phobia. Didn't seem to matter. The novocaine shot felt like an electric shock in my jaw, and the tooth wasn't numb all of the way when she started drilling. The dentist got impatient when I had tears coming out of my eyes and stopped to tell me I needed a root canal. Never addressed the chipped tooth at all.
I was not in pain from the tooth she wanted a root canal for, and it still does not have any pain. I went in for the filling because it left an awkward hole. But now she is wanting over $2000 worth of work done!
