I can’t say enough good things about this place! This was an emergency situation. I was traveling to visit my family in Wyoming and I had a level 10 pain in my mouth. My face was swelling and it hurt to swallow! They scheduled me in for the same day and did a root canal and a crown. Dr. Haven is amazing. I am an anxious person and he described the entire process as he was going. They had a hallmark movie playing as I was getting the root canal so it was probably the most fun someone could have while getting a root canal.😂 I also have to say that the lady that schedules is super nice and the rest of the staff is very caring.

Disappointed! New to the area and in need of a checkup and cleaning. Was told that they wouldn't schedule a cleaning until after I came in to have a full set of x-rays taken. Have had multiple dental x-rays taken in the past eighteen months and I don't see the need to expose myself to more radiation. My previous dentist only took x-rays on an as needed basis and NEVER required a separate appointment to do so.
FOLLOWUP: Happily, I was able to schedule a checkup and cleaning with a different dental office. I found them to be friendly, efficient, experienced and professional. Not only did they show they valued my time by not requiring multiple appointments, but they also suggested that they could use the x-rays recently taken by my previous dentist.

Scheduled appointment took off work for a tooth that broke I needed removed and when I showed up they told me that my appointment is not until the next month and they told me the wrong date. They knew I had a broken tooth and they mischeduled my appointment. I'll be filing a formal compaint with the health board for the week I spend under the pretense that my appointment was scheduled to get this tooth fixed and the dentistry baited my business to secure it and neglecting my care for a dental urgent matter. I was referred here by my insurance and I'll be filing a formal complaint with them as well.

I thoroughly enjoy Espire Dental. They are always cheery and meet all my expectations. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Rocknak. He and his staff have always answered any questions I have and offered support and excellent information regarding anything dental related. They offer reminders and confirmations for upcoming appointments and that is helpful especially for people who have busy lives and have so much going on. Thank you Espire Dental and keep up the good work!
