I'm not one to ever write reviews, let alone bad reviews, but I have never in my life been treated as poorly as I just was with this establishment. "Jordan," their receptionist not only acted as if it was a nuisance to help me set up an account with them, but hung up on me instead of answering my questions on how to send them my existing files. I sincerely hope she doesn't treat all of their customers like that, because that is not how people deserve be treated for trying to become a new customer. It would have been wonderful to see how great Dr. Kincheloe was, as he was highly recommended to me, but unfortunately it doesn't seem worth it after the way I was treated by his admin.

Reasonable fee, got me in on a cancellation. Didnt try to "upsell", just suggestions of care. I will be stopping on my way back through in the spring.

Who would have thought getfting all your teeth ripped out would be a pleasant experience? Well it wasnt! But how could it be? It couldnt. Dr Kincheloe and his assistant sure did their best though. I was terrified going in for dentures but their kindness and courtesy will stay with me as long as these beautiful teeth and perhaps longer. I have had only a few dentists in life i liked but heres one even i will praise openly and without hesitation. Wish i could add another star for his gentleness and compassion.
