We've been going to see Dr. Nichols for years and we've always had great experiences. Both of my children have been made to feel comfortable by the front desk staff, the hygienists, and the doctor. It's always nerve wracking taking children to the doctor but everyone in the building makes sure it's a positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Big Horn Dental!

The staff of Big Horn Dental Clinic treat you like family. Dr. Lee is an amazingly friendly skilled doctor who had wonderful assistants, whom were very great helping him with the IV sedation process, which I don't recall any pain before being put under to have my wisdom teeth removed. Next thing I knew they were done and I healed greatly after the process, it was painless and an easy healing. I highly recommend the great friendly staff at your local Big Horn Dental Clinic.

I absolutely LOVE this office! Great doctors, Great staff, and Great facility. I could not have asked for more. Dr. Porter introduced me to a therapy that cured my migraines! It was amazing! I have not had a headache or migraine in over 9 months. The doctors are well trained in all areas of dentistry and they offer a variety of services that no other dentist in the area offers. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in search of quality dentistry!!!!!

They always do a great job with my teeth but I just wanted to say that I brought my 2 month old to my appointment with me and he was getting growly in his car seat so one of hygienists (amber?) took him and held him and put him to sleep while I got my teeth cleaned. A real family friendly place to go. Very happy

i had to have a tooth pulled. I was a little nervous but Dr. Lee an his assistant Whitney where absolutely amazing.
All around experience was wonderful! Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to a bad tooth but hello to new beginning! thanks Big Horn Dental!

Bighorn Dental is amazing. I have horrible dental anxiety and these guys were very understanding and did everything in their power to make me more comfortable. From the first initial phone call I made I was impressed the Ladies up front are amazing, they are very friendly very informed and involved with everything. and all the way to walking out the door I was truly impressed. they all work together wonderfully and it just creates an amazing experience. WOW! My teeth have NEVER felt this clean before! I have been to many different dental offices, especially when I lived in Colorado and have never had such a great teeth cleaning! They even looked brighter after my appt and I didnt get any whitening! I highly recommend Bighorn Dental for thourough and precise cleaning! I was smiling all day!

Being that I am originally from Rapid City I was not sure about where to get my teeth fixed . I needed some teeth removed... long story short. I am so thankful for going to Big Horn Dental Clint Lee was very professional and extremely thorough at his job, pulling 3 teeth 1 wisdom top tooth and 1 abscess tooth also on the top.
