I would not go to this dentist. They are not in it for patient care as they would not work with us on a bill we received. We have been sent to collections because our insurance is not accepted. The office staff feel like they can talk down to you and have you at their mercy. This is by far the worst dentist in America and I've been coast to coast!

The Dentist was extremely impersonal. Felt like I was part of an assembly line. This was our first appointment here after moving to Gillette. The Dentist didn't even deem us important enough to give us a summary conversation on our dental status. He didn't even tell my spouse he noticed a cavity we found that out at check out. It took four months to get an appointment and they didn't even include the cleaning. It will be another six months for that but boy they were quick to schedule that cavity appointment. This a practice that is not interested in you as the patient only what they can make off you.

Very rude Doctor if thats what u call him. For being self paid u would think they would be a little cheaper then $357.00 for a simple cleaning. Dont go there.. when i set the appointment up it was $150 or so for a cleaning. No problem had no issue just wanted my teeth checked out and clean. My appointment was around 40 minutes or so, because of running behind on there appointments.

Had appointment here for my daughter on a Monday at 7. She ended up getting sick and in ER over the night. Being so busy with all of that I forgot/ didn't have time to call and now they will not see her at all. Jezz where is the hearts of people.
