I had recently had my wisdom teeth pulled in Laramie.
3 days after my procedure, I was experiencing SEVERE pain. My regular dentist asked that I call the local dentist to see if they could help me out so it was an emergency.
I called Aspen Dental to ask if I could please be seen, they said yes.
I understand that businesses have regularly scheduled appointments and emergency appointments can cause stress on staff and the Doctor. However, I was seen for a whole 3 minutes and without the Doctor even looking closely at my surgical locations.
He then proceeded to tell me that it’s normal to experience pain and after 3 days he can’t tell if it’s healing properly so he couldn’t do anything.
I’ll then jumped into my car and drove to Laramie. After seeing my regular dentist he told me the blood clots has not formed correctly on all 3 teeth and I was experiencing dry socket in all surgical locations. He then gave me a shot to numb my mouth for the car ride home and called in a prescription.
I understand I may have be additional strain on the staff and Doctor that day in order to squeeze me in. For that, I’m grateful but if you have ever had dry socket, you can understand the severe pain I was in, through out my mouth.
I will never use Aspen Dental again and will no longer allow my family members to go there as well.
The total lack of concern and professionalism was concerning which in return makes me question their overall quality of care.

Dr. Tran apparently does not care if the patients are in pain. My husband is in severe pain with very little sleep. Trans solution? Take more ibuprofen.

Thank you Dr. Tran and staff for always making me feel comfortable especially since I don’t like shots for my recent filling. I barely felt anything
and Dr. Tran did an amazing job! My whole family sees him and always enjoy going to go to the dentist!

Great welcoming staff! Dr. Tran is very caring and will make sure you are completely comfortable. My boys also go to Aspen Family Dental and they are always happy with their treatments. I am always greeted by happy and professional staff!

I have a phobia of the dentist and i don't mind going to visit Dr. Tran and his staff. They are quick about getting you in and listen to your concerns. He was good with my 5 year old as well and recommended her to a pediatric dentist who we also love now!

Can I do zero stars? Came through town in a big RV with our family and another family on the way home from touring South Dakota. Our RV broke down, so we decided to seek dental help as our young son had been up all night with horrible tooth pain and a swollen jaw. We told the front desk help we felt it was likely he needed a tooth extraction and they got us in. I walked the poor little guy almost a mile and we were taken back to a room and they took an x-ray. His assistant asked what we had in mind. I told her he likely needed a tooth removed. She replied, ‘I don’t think he’ll do it.’ She was a little scared to ask him. She then came back, ‘ya, he won’t pull teeth on kids that are upset.’ I said, ‘then let’s use laughing gas!’ Her reply... ‘he doesn’t use that.’ Why in the WORLD did they have us come into the office when we called and said we were coming in for a tooth extraction? Why does he advertise family dental??? He wouldn’t even come in to talk to us... just told her to tell us no. If I get a bill for that x-ray he can expect to hear from a lawyer. What a jerk.

Literally have hole in tooth shes going to tell me the ibuprofen work just as good, like I didn't try that for the first couple of weeks trying to hold off going to dentist.
Don't understand how they couldn't work on my tooth within 2 weeks and the only way they can prescribe pain meds is if you go in
Yea no not spending another 150 for yall to tell me nothing.
Yall should have been able to fix my teeth way before 2 weeks. Do better

Aspen Family Dental is the best place to have all of your dental care needs taken care of. The staff is friendly and Doctor Tran is the best. I wouldn’t trust any other dentist in town.

Horrible Dental Office, Charge more then most, Office Staff were rude, told me they bill insurance as a courtesy and that if I wanted I could fill out the claim form myself. Very rude and sent to collections after only one call trying to collect 300$ bill. Was much better under previous ownership.

This dentist is a joke! I went in for pain in my mouth. He said I needed two root canals and referred me to someone in Casper that charges double what any other dentist I've talked to charges! Not to mention, he told me if I couldn't get in right away that he would give me a second prescription. Well I called for another prescription and was required to go into the office for it and they charged me $85.00 to write the prescription! To top it off the dentist I'm going to said I don't even need a root canal. Where did this guy get his degree? I should have listened to people when they said DO NOT go there! Travel to Laramie or Cheyenne, it will save you so much money!!
