I went there last year..at first it was nice coz they’re very accommodating ..after they made my teeth cleaned they told me that my insurance denied me so I have to pay the whole cost of their cleaning..omg so i need to do installment payment coz I can’t afford and then I told them that I will just stop my teeth procedure and continue if I have insurance..then last week my infected tooth broke and I called them and I want to get an appointment coz i want to continue my teeth procedure since my insurance is ok now and my broken tooth really needs to pull and one of their staff said that I need to settle first my balance before I can get an appointment ..so I felt like disappointed.😩

Staff were very polite. The dentist was very quick and thorough with his exam. And they were upfront and honest about procedures and the cost. Another dentist office that had started my denture journey with had tried to charge me for a procedure at the last minute that my insurance e would not cover. White mountain dental said wasn't needed. I appreciate it greatly. They saved me from unnecessary pain and from spending money for something not needed. Thank you!

I honestly can not recommend this place for children. Brought my 10 year old in about 2 years ago to get 4 teeth pulled so we could begin braces. My daughter was clearly scared and instead of being met with compassion and patience, the dentist told her to shut up, because she was scaring other patients. He said if she didn't stop crying he was going to stop the appointment.
