A year ago I went to see Cassandra Burch for a mouth guard, and she was very kind, I have a bad gag reflex, and when she did the imprint of my teeth I started to gag, and she took my hand and told me a funny story to get my mind off of what was in my mouth, she is a very kind person, she made me feel so much better, I've never met someone so nice
