UPDATE: I had a standing appointment, was asked to come in, and was greeted by staff with no mask who offered to put one on if I wanted. One other staff wore a mask on their chin. I wouldn't waste time with a reply normally, but I don't suffer fools or liars. A proper response to a potential client would have been to call them and resolve the concerns; your response was to wait weeks and then misrepresent what actually occurred, let alone concern for providing dental care. Shameful for a medical professional.
Masks not being worn by all 3 staff I saw. Putting political views ahead of patient well being and mandated health and safety practices is a scenario to avoid. There is a county mandate right now to wear them in all public places. Medical facilities ought to be top of the list. Unfortunately I had to leave without getting service to avoid the risk.
