My sister in law came here with tooth pain. I was covering her bill because she does not have health insurance. They made me pay UP FRONT for a procedure that might not happen and said it will take 3 days to REFUND MY MONEY. I have been in the dental field my whole life and I've never seen anyone charged for something before it even happens. They were not willing to take that charge off and let me just pay for everything else and if that procedure needed to be done then I would have paid the extra amount. They were not friendly or seeming to care that we are paying out of pocket and just doubled the price for a "possible" situation.

I had a dental emergency while coming through Bay Minette on a Friday morning. I called the office in Bay Minette and Dr. Trotter agreed to stay and see me after the office was supposed to close at noon. I got to the office and was treated with courtesy and professionalism by everyone. Dr. Trotter and her team were very thorough and professional. They were able to make a procedure that should have been very painful and uncomfortable, painless and comfortable.
