My friend Michael went to this clinic last month for a bad tooth to be pulled by an oral surgeon who was not there that day. Other dentist was asked to come in to extract the tooth. Dentist pulled a good tooth and part of his jaw. Left the bad tooth. Dentist told girls in the office to get him to an oral surgeon because he knew this had to be fixed. The bad tooth had to come out. Michael heard the office girls tell the dentist to shut up he was telling Michael to much. Michael grabbed his good tooth the dentist pulled and left. Called an attorney who was excited he had proof of their mistake. Michael did return to the office for referral to see oral surgeon. No one would take him. Mind you Michael had epilepsy and was on a 1200. month SS check and allowed only $2000 in dental assistance a year. Because this location used all of that up Micheal was not seen by an oral surgeon. Due to the infection he received from improper care by this facility he died. Rip Michael Fleming 12/9/67 to 10/23/22

I have been going to this office and seeing Dr. Ross for about six months. So far I’ve had an extraction, a bridge made and put in, and a cleaning and everything has been great. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room is nice and clean and wait times are short.

Nice office, but seemed kind of impersonal. They recommended sealant for my son’s teeth (even though he’s never had a cavity) because his insurance covered it. I agreed, but wish I hadn’t since there was no need. Another visit ended with a recommendation for treatment that wasn’t needed. Seeing a new dentist in a smaller office and feeling better about the level of care.

It was nice at first, receptionists are always wonderful. But since it's such a big busy office it feels impersonal. I've had dentists and techs do work on me without telling me what's going on or what they're doing aside from a few courtesy words.
This helped me find out that I prefer a smaller, more local dentist's office.

I initially went for a cleaning appointment, which was very unpleasant and painful at times, then I was scheduled for fillings due to them finding cavities. I wasn’t feeling any kind of pain prior to this. During my second appointment, the doctor was absolutely careless and inexperienced. She was carelessly working and causing a lot of nerve piercing pain, and dripping tongue burning substance while doing the filling with no regards. Worse of it all, one week after my fillings I have severe pain in the areas where work was done and I believe further damage was done due to the inexperience and lack of ethical standards for the doctor. I highly recommend not going here if you don’t want to be a victim of this unethical and embarrassing dental work.

Unfortunately, someone in this dentist office ruined my tooth. I never felt any pain before being told I had a cavity. I let them perform preventative work on the “so called cavity” and now I have had unresolved pain in that tooth for the past 5 months. The dentist tried to fix this but things are just as bad as before. Teeth cleanings are great but not fillings. I had to stop eating my dinner because of this pain and suffering. Therefore I decided to share this matter with Northcutt, the bearer of my pain, as well as others to save others from this possibility. If you all don’t know how to perform filling sufficiently, it’s unethical to practice on innocent people for your own personal practice. Find an expert to train your staff, it may better serve the lucrativeness of your business as well as your customers within the community.
