The staff at Dental Associates of Alabama have always made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked into the office. The front desk is always super friendly. The hygienist and dentist have always been extremely good with my children and made sure to explain everything they may have found during their cleanings and answer any questions I may have on procedures that may take place. I've been a patient of a dentist in Cullman for 30 plus years. Last night, I had a crown break on one of my front teeth. It was painful, and since my usual dentist doesn't open until Monday, I was afraid I was just going to have to suffer through the weekend. Dental Associates of North Alabama just happened to be open today. The entire staff was friendly and kind. Josey and Dr. Charlie took care of me quickly, got my crown back on, and made me feel so comfortable! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs! They are so wonderful!

Dental Associates is THE BEST! Our family started here when we moved to the area 20+ years ago. The dental care is professional and we can always trust every suggestion they make for us… on dental care and insurance coverage! Growing up I didn’t take the best care of my teeth. So now I get nervous when seeing new dentist due to the dental work I have had. Two days before Christmas I started having a tooth ache. I called Monday after and they were able to get me in within the week. Seeing I was a new patient I worried it would take longer. After X-rays we were able to come up with a game plan. Within 2 weeks of my initial call I was scheduled to have a root canal. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and explained the procedure step by step. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go. Heck, even if you already have one give them a chance. I guarantee they make you want to swap!
