I just scheduled my first dentist appointment for my babygirl. She is one year old and this is her first dentist appointment so of course I was a little nervous about scheduling her appointment. The receptionist Emmy was very helpful and professional. She was very friendly.She even got me an appointment for tomorrow morning!!!!!! She gave me all the details about information that would need to be provided and was super diligent in letting me know the time I would need to be there for my appointment. It was really a great start to my baby girls first appointment and I am super excited about this new Peds office we will get to visit! Thank you so much for your help Emmy!💕

I am shocked by the way this office handled our family. I will put in this review we had to cancel our appointment due to personal family emergency that I do not wish to give the details of. I will also put that it was less than 48 hours because that is what I know they will respond... The office manager already said so "make sure you put you canceled in less than 48 hours" Look, life happens to people. We are not a family that has ever no showed to this office, EVER!!! I would give them negative stars because as a former practice manager I know you don't treat people in this manner. My family was dismissed from this practice for not giving 48 hour notice for our only ever cancelled appt. I did call and try to explain my situation to the best of my ability but was just told "this is our office policy". Looking at the reviews they have a common response to anyone that is unhappy..."I am sorry you feel this way" Do you know that is not taking any accountatibily for your actions. You guys are wrong in the way you handle some things and no you are not sorry I feel this way, you should be sorry YOU MADE ME FEEL THIS WAY. I've asked the office manager to call me which they probably won't and we asked to speak to the dr. but one of their "general managers" was on the phone and wouldn't allow. This office has no compassion what so ever. They are just just about the business $$$$ not the human side of it.

My husband developed an infection in his gum. I called early in the morning and the wonderful lady that answered got him in by noon. Very grateful for her sense of urgency. He has several health issues and this was very important.

Danielle Thompson at townsley dental , was very nice , very professional. She got my kids right in for opts .and offered the times that worked best for me .She has made it a very pleasant experience coming back to the dentist.. I would recommend townsley dental and recommend meeting Danielle at the front desk.to help things go smoothly... Thank you.

Racist practice, Extremely rude staff and horrible ethics, doctors are supposed to be physicians with an oath. But in this case they are only about the money. With no compassion or understanding of anyone. Stay away from this place…

I would give y'all a neg 5 if I could, y'all are the lowest of the low!! My grandaughter went in for some fillings and came out half done because I chose to sit in my car instead of sitting inside the office. They sent her out, we thinking shes done until the next day when I received a phone call from one of the employee saying I need to reschedule her appointment because they didn't get to finish because I wasn't in the building. That explained why she was complaing about her mouth hurting and that a lot of crumbly stuff was falling out of her teeth. She was too afraid to eat anything because of that. Who does that? If you cared enough about your patients you would have finished what you started instead of being petty. Don't worry about rescheduling because we will not be back!! So unprofessional!!😡

They told me all I pay is 60 something with my insurance, for having my tooth pulled,then I get a bill for 100 in mail,I haven't called to resolve this issue yet ,but everyone I talk to ,says way over priced.

Horrible experience!!! I do not recommend. This dentist is not kid friendly do not take your children here. Front desk staff is uneducated and rude.
