I've been with Doc Townsley since 2009. The staff is great, friendly and caring and will do whatever they can to help the patient. Dedra the hygienist, is very good at her job and will help get things paid for by the insurance. I've had to change dentist this yr (2021) only becuz my new job insurance doesn't have their office in network otherwise I'd still be there. Highly recommend for the whole family. Dedra was great with my granddaughter when her 1st tooth was about to come out. She put her at ease and pulled it out and my gdtr didn't even feel it. I still watch that video once in a while. As I said highly recommend.

Mr. Richardson was so nice!! Came in after a 3 hour drive and needed a wire trimmed on my braces and was so quick and patient with me!! Thabk you so much!!!

I highly recommend!! They are the best with my kids and always make them laugh and feel comfortable to the point where they look forward to going back! I also want to thank them again for pulling my sons tooth out in a short notice! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

My family has been going to Dr. Townsley for years! We always have a great experience. The staff is nice and the office is clean. My 2 yr old had his first appt yesterday and they made him feel so comfortable and even let his big brother be in the room with him to make him feel more comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Every visit has always been great and always promptly on time with no waiting. The staff really makes you feel welcome and comfortable during any procedure and makes things really convenient with scheduling and sending out reminders. My whole family loves using them.

My family member referred me to them because she loves them. I went in yesterday for a cleaning and xrays and the process to sign up was quick and easy. They took me right back, showed me my xrays and talked them over with me and Sam was the coolest and friendliest dentist I’ve ever been to. We’re both Auburn tigers so War Eagle! Also the lady cleaning my teeth was very gentle and we had a great convo about our world travels. And last but not least, the receptionist and another office worker chatted with me when I was paying and they made me feel like a million bucks! Great healthy teeth advice and friendly people!

Friendly, caring staff, clean office, quality work! Dr. Townsley is one of the best dentists I've ever had. My first visit was when I was just a teenager. I have tried other dentists in my adult life due to insurance coverage but I am now a patient there again because no one else had given such superior service.

This dentist will not allow parents to be where they can see children having work done. I am not requesting to be right next to them, I just want to see them. The first time I took my 10 year old daughter they wanted me to stay in my car, I refused and went inside. Today I took my 5 year old and they informed me that I would have to let her go in alone when it's time for her filling. I asked why and the receptionist was very rude and said that's just the dentist's preference and if I don't like their policy I can find a new dentist. Of course I'll take my business elsewhere and I think other parents should as well. If Dr. Townsley is confident in his work and has nothing to hide, he should not feel threatened by a parent wanting to protect their children.

Everyone is so very friendly and helpful from Becky and Dr Townsley who worked on my teeth to Rhonda who did my cleaning and Karen who helped me figure out the most affordable plan to set my treatments. I will reconmend this wonderful group of people to anyone seeking to get their teeth issues fixed.
