I am new to the area and was drawn to this practice based on the reviews posted on Google.
I called to establish with one of the dentist in this practice. I was asked if I was having a problem with a tooth. I responded no but I am due for a cleaning and wish to establish with the dentist. The young lady I spoke with stated this practice is accepting new patients BUT you cannot get an appointment for cleaning or until July 2019 - "we're on a 6 month cycle".
This does not sound conducive with the statement of "accepting new patients".

Top notch treatment from the time you walk through the door. Even with Covid the office is concerned for their patients' well being. There is an assigned person for the Covid check-in procedure, i.e. temp, gloves, and basic questions. The dental hygienist is friendly, concerned on your progress and takes care of your cleaning, plus the doctor is always there to see you and answer questions or concerns you may have. I am glad I made the switch to come to this dental office knowing that everyone in my family will be cared for.

Casey was an excellent hygienist, so this rating has nothing to do with her performance. She deserved 6 stars. My wife just went in to have some work on a crown and that went well enough, but then she went into an asthma attack near the end of her procedure and none of their staff even asked her if she needed help or if they could so something for her. The facilities are a little too nice, and the overhead is reflected in some of their bills. I have nothing else negative to say, I believe the doctors are proficient. But some of their staff seam a little callous and uncaring.

I developed a problem and called the office. The receptionist gave me an appointment on short notice. It was to be at 3:30 2 Sep. At about 3:40 Dr Dean came out personally and escorted me to the exam room. She explained the last year of my dental history with the pictures on the overhead screen. Talked me through all the scenarios and treatment options. She was clearly not in a rush and gave me all the info I needed for a good decision. All in all I would say I was very impressed with the experience and how I was treated essentially after hours by Dr Dean and Candy. I Definitely recommend this dentistry practice and Dr Dean and staff.

Its unacceptable to book 9 months out for a dental cleaning when insurance allows 6 months cleaning. That's your business practice however not our personal practice. My family & I must move on for our well being & self-care!!!

Dr. Dean and her staff are fantastic. From the check-in desk to dental assistants and doctors, they are consummate professionals in work and patient-care attitude. I would never go anywhere else.

Very nice, clean facility with state of the art equipment. Great family atmosphere with a nice and cozy waiting room. Dr Congo is very thorough and always takes extra time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have as well !!!

Dental office with pleasant environment, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Staff was very professional and very knowledgeable as usual. As retired military, my family has used many different dentist across the country. This is our all time favorite!

Best in Service, and gets you in and out quickly. Friendly Staff and great doctors. This is the BEST place to go for great cleaning and dental care. Highly recommend, never a bad experience!
