L had a very good experience at the Dentist today.I was given the assistance I needed to get to the dental cleaning room. Once there , my teeth was cleaned. My dental tech was very courteous and assured that i was comfortable.The experience was a very positive one.

I had a bad tooth ache over the weekend. Called Monday morning when they opened at 7am. Came in at 9:30 and Dr. Buettner had my root canal done in no time with no pain and instant relief from pain of an abscess tooth. Very relieved and very thankful!!

I had a filling pop out. They were quick to schedule repairs. When I got to their office I found out there were two fillings that were missing. I took the nitrous oxide route. Loved it and highly recommend it. Fillings replaced. Excellent service.

Had a temporary cap put on yesterday. The cap is to big it throws off my bite when I chew. I went in to see dentist next day cause I can’t eat without pain. The cap tooth and tooth that is below it are only 2 teeth that go together. The girl at desk didn’t care it hurt and told me they could fit me in Monday at 3. I’m there at 8am Friday to get help and was turned away by a rude uncaring receptionist! Horrible office staff!!!! Dentist was good! Staff terrible!
