I had a great visit when I went to Montgomery Dentistry. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Robertson was great! I love the fact that when I have an appointment I don't dread it like I have any other time. Dr. Robertson asked if everything is OK during the whole appointment to make sure I felt comfortable and not in pain. They take really good care of you and called afterward to check on how I feel. I've never had that anywhere else. I would recommend Montgomery Dentistry to anyone!

I will say that the hygiene staff, as well as my dentist (Dr. Anderson) are absolutely wonderful! I have had several procedures, cleanings, and extractions done and they have always been wonderful in every way! I will say that the front desk staff isn't always the friendliest, but they aren't the ones working on your mouth anyways. Will definitely be returning because of my doctor and hygienist though!

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Robertson and Montgomery Dentistry!! I received some dental work, and I noticed my bite was a little off once the pain meds began to wear off. I was in a lot of pain, so I called the after hours number and Dr. Robertson and a hygienist met me back at the office to correct.

I highly recommend. The staff is the best. They treat you like a real family. Mannerism and courteous is outstanding. I never have to wait more than 2- 3 minutes beyond my appointment.
Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and professional. She listens attentively, and provide for your dental needs. Her voice is always cordial and soft spoken.

Today was my first time going to the dentist in a year and the first time I have seen a dentist in Montgomery. I called to schedule a cleaning, but that is not what I received. Being that it has been a while I expected there to me much work needing to be done. I also am in need of a crown or implant because of a tooth that never developed Dr. Robertson discussed options with me that I told him I would consider. After the consultation I waited an hour thinking I was going to get a cleaning. It was never explained to me that I would not receive a cleaning at this appointment. Finally, the billing personnel came in with an estimate after insurance for my next appointment that included a cleaning, a bridge, and a few other things I was told needed to be done. She asked me when I wanted to schedule the appointment to have my treatment and I told her I had not committed to have a bridge done. So she did an estimate without it but while doing so I heard her questioning my discussion with the Dr. as though I was lying. I began to question other things about the estimate. She told me I had to pay over 1400 in full the date of the service which was fine. But considering I had another form of insurance I asked if an estimate could be done included the additional insurance and she told me that I had to call myself. I understand that filing claims is a courtesy but as a new patient I was disappointed that the courtesy couldn’t be extended in that situation. My was appointment was at 11:00am and I left at 2:30 with nothing but disappointment.
