Friendly Atmosphere. Very Clean. My daughter hate going to the dentist. After learning about Toothbuds from my sister, I thought maybe my daughter will have a different take on Dentist. This was our 1st appointment and my daughter loves Toothbuds. She said everything was nice and the staff was friendly. She isn't afraid of the Dentist anymore. I think this was the best decision I could have made. Thanks Toothbuds!

I cannot say enough good things about them‼️ They are truly super awesome!!! The lady that cleaned my sons teeth went above & beyond to get my son to let her clean his teeth… And we left with clean teeth‼️ Literally everyone that I have encountered there has been so incredibly friendly & helpful!!! My son is Autistic & has moments… I’d give them 100 stars if I could ⭐️ 🌟 💫

All 3 of my boys go here and we love it. Staff are friendly and make sure your kids are comfortable. Just like most dentist they don’t allow parents in the back it’s not to be rude it’s because when parents go back there is not a lot of space for adults we would be in the way. You can go back if your kid is under 2 if you wait longer than 2 years old to take your kid that’s the parents fault not the dentist. My kids love it and they are 12, 7 and 6. Will continue to take my boys here.

I arrived to my about an hour early signed it , looked at sign in sheet seem about 2 people who signed in before me had same appointment time, I had 2 kids in total , the front desk representative looked at me asked what was my kids name and told me we want be able to do it because your to early, so I'm stunned , she stated she can reschedule , I'm wondering why then she states in May , I said don't worry about it . I came early because I had work which I explained but she showed no care in the world . Lucky my husband was able to get off early to bring kids back 45 min later . I've had some pleasant experiences here but this was by far the worst she is just not nice.

Does not allow parent to accompany child in the back. They pulled my 6 year old daughter's molar just because it was abscessed instead of treating with antibiotics first. I have no clue exactly what took place. She told me she cried and she couldn't even take her stuffed animal (security blanket) back there with her. They did not address the issue I made this appt for in the first place, which is her 2 bottom front teeth growing in crooked! I have contacted ADA. Something will get done.

Very rude, rolled their eyes at me for missing a cleaning. Raised their voice multiple times for my child swallowing. And called my 7yo a cry baby bc she was nervous. Horrible experience
