Today my daughter had her second cleaning at Tooth Buds. Both visits were wonderful and our wait time was short. The staff, hygienist, and dentist are great! My daughter who is 5 is very timid, but was all smiles going in and coming out. Thank you for taking great care of our little one.

This place is not very good at communicating. They don't allow you to accompanied your child. They never answer the phone, but it's 50 receptionist sitting in the front... I don't understand. It's supposed to be a professional place of business and yet it's not operated as one. You literally have to continuously, constantly call..

My daughter is only 18 months so I was a bit hesitant about taking her to the dentist, but everyone was extremely nice and took the time time to make sure my daughter was as comfortable as possible. Our wait time was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for their kids.

Front desk ladies are nice but this is a HORRIBLE dentists office! They won't allow you to accompany your children. Not even a 2 or 3 yr old! Insane! So unless you're ok with a stranger walking off alone with your toddler then don't go here. It's inappropriate & unacceptable to not allow a parent to be there to support their little one during a procedure. You do NOT take toddlers back alone! This is unheard of. This leaves you unable to see anything that's going on & only being provided 2nd hand information after the fact (& not by the dentist). I will NEVER come back here so they just lost 4 patients, though I doubt they care.

This place screams “Medicaid Mill”. My son had his first appointment with this office at 8am, exactly when they open. We arrived 15 minutes early to find the waiting room dark and empty. By the time my son was called back at 8:30, the waiting room was quite full. (High volume alone is not a red flag, but in the context of our experience it is). My son disappeared behind the door, and I heard nothing more from anyone until the appointment was over and it was time to go. I was handed an appointment card and told to return in one month for an unspecified procedure. I was told “he has cavities”, and the hygienist turned and left without explaining which teeth were affected. No one showed me my son’s x-rays or explained what procedure, exactly, the dentist deemed necessary (Does my son simply need fillings or something more invasive? No one seemed to think I had any reason to know!). I later learned that no one explained anything to my son, either. No one told him what they were doing while they took x-rays, no one explained the tooth cleaning, no one told him he had cavities or attempted to teach him about oral hygiene. I never met the dentist, and all the staff behaved as if it simply was not worth their time to talk to me. They just shuffled us through like products on a production line.
I’m poor, but I am not ignorant. I know what competent, trustworthy care looks like, and this place is not it. Unfortunately, Medicaid patients have few options for pediatric dentistry. If you are stuck with this office, you will have to be an assertive patient-advocate for your child.
