Willis Dental Care

I have gone to Dr. Willis for many years. He has always been kind and professional while having me the best possible care. I recently met Dr. Henderson. He also was kind and professional and informed me as to what my next steps needed to be. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are outstanding. The dentists and their staff make a stressful time enjoyable.

Very nice staff and very caring and concerned with my comfort. They also have the latest technology to care for their patients…referencing my experience with having crowns made, no impressions, no temporary crown, no return visit, all done in one day. I highly recommend this dental practice!

The staff, Dental hygienist, Dental assistants and Dentist are wonderful and just pleasant to be around. I have never been excited to go to see the Dentist as a child, that has changed drastically as an adult. Thank you for the great care.

Great dentists -- Dr. Willis and Dr. Henderson and their dental staff are outstanding. I have zero complaints about their care. HOWEVER, be advised that their "billing plan" can become an issue, especially if they choose to drop your insurance coverage while you are a patient. I was in the middle of a 3 step, multi-month procedure, to remove a damaged tooth, install an abutment, and the install a crown when they opted to no longer accept my insurance plan (United Concordia). When they chose to do that, my insurance coverage dropped from an in network coverage of 50% to an out of network coverage of 40%. This created a difference in the billing that I thought they would write off since they chose to drop my insurance and since I had already paid the entire amount I was supposed to pay from the original billing plan. They did not do that and were unwilling to write it off saying I had already received a "discount". Because I was in the middle of this process, I didn't want to try to find another dentist to complete the work so I completed it there thinking they would not try to bill me for more. After the process was complete, I received a bill for the difference. I had upheld my portion of the original billing plan and had met my obligations but based on their decision to drop my carrier, they moved the additional cost burden to me which was quite disappointing.

Highly competent and friendly staff and doctors. It is ALMOST fun to go to the dentist here. They are the best at pain management anywhere. There is never any worry about going to go to the dentist. I feel they are the best possible choice for all aspects of dentistry.

Dr. Willis and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience.They are very caring, professional and compassionate. Dr. Willis is extremely nice and has the most advanced equipment and offers more services than most. I appreciate their kindness and more importantly their expertise! I give them a 5 star rating! We are blessed to have him in Montgomery.

This was my first visit here. The staff was very pleasant, patient, and professional. I saw Dr. Henderson and he was extremely welcoming. He also seemed very thorough in explaining his diagnosis. He had excellent bedside manners and did not get offended when I mentioned what two other dentist thought regarding my condition. Instead, he gave a further explanation to support his findings. I was pleased that he did not attempt to run my insurance bill up but seemed to give a honest simple recommendation. My appointment to his office actually made my day.

Let me preface with I have been going to this dentist office for a couple of years now. Each time I have gone the staff and dentists have always been pleasant and friendly. No issues there. Also, the office is clean and nice.The reason for the low rating is because of how they manage their appointments. I have made my next cleaning appointment 6 months in advanced. Typically, if I have something come up and need to cancel I will call. They had their automated call reach out to me before the appointment and I missed it, unfortunately. I guess because of that they just went ahead and cancelled my appointment without me even being aware. With that being said, I had planned to come to my appointment because no one told me it was canceled. Anyway, long story short- because I never answered their automated call- they cancelled my appointment. I have taken my business elsewhere because when I put my appointment on the books 6 months in advanced I expect it to stay there unless I call to cancel and reschedule.

Willis Dental is a great place. The doctors and staff are so willing to help in all ways. Natalie is so good and always answers any question or concern that one might have. Dr. Willis is always working to help protect my teeth. Thank you so much for all you and your staff so for your patients.

I LOVE Willis Dental Care! I have been a patient here for 2 years now, and I can genuinely say I look forward to going to the dentist now! The hygienists, assistants, doctors, and office staff are so kind, empathetic, and are there to meet your needs with joy! Couldn’t recommend WDC enough!!!
