Dental hygenist was friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable,( as usual); Covid precautions followed; checked on follow-up with dental care plan; billing/insurance folks and dentist/dental assistant always take the time to answer questions. 5 stars earned. Recent visit for replacing temporary crown with permanent was completed in a little over 2 hours. 5 stars also.

I recently started going to Willis Dental Care after being with the same dental practice for nearly 15 years. Everyone is nice, thorough, and concerned about your dental care.

Highly recommend. Not crazy about going to the Dentist, but they make it a positive experience. All the staff members are extremely competent and professional.

Karen at the front desk is wonderful. I actually followed her from another dental office a few years ago. The entire staff is great, everytime I get my teeth cleaned I feel no discomfort. No wait time with appointments.

I agree with the other 1 star review from a couple months ago. These guys are extremely friendly to me up front, but then when I have the procedure done they coulda cared less. They talked me into a "conscious sedation" for pulling a tooth by saying I wouldn't feel a thing, they could do anything to me and I wouldn't even know it, I'd hardly remember what happened.
I was to take one sedative pill the night before and two first thing in the morning before coming in. They were supposed to give me something else soon as I arrived, never did. Nor did they even check with me to verify whether I had taken my pre meds correctly (which I did). Plus there was supposed to be an hour wait before the start for monitoring and letting the meds kick in, but they just jumped right in.
I was clearly nowhere near enough to semi consciousness to begin but they didn't care.
During the procedure I was in a TON of pain. ALL over my mouth. My back and body hurt too because i was so tense. (Sedation, yeah right) I was squirming all over in the chair and instead of recognizing distress signals they were just like "stop it" like i'm a dog. I probably asked them 10 times for additional pain relief and they flat out refused and ignored me. They are the boss, they are the surgeon, they are in control and I am just a specimen. I suggested stronger sedation, a muscle relaxer for the tension, nothing. I asked for nitrous, which had been promised if needed, nothing. They seemed to have one goal in mind, get their four hands and ten tools out of my mouth and then me out of the chair for the next guy.
It's two hours later now, what sedation I had is completely gone, the anesthetics are wearing off more and more by the second and my entire mouth is burning. The bone at pulled-tooth is throbbing worse and worse. As are the two next to it. I can feel where they squeezed hard on my jaw to pry the tooth. My head is splitting. Oh, and on my way out they didn't give me any instructions, any pain killer, (til I called and begged) or anything else but the knowledge that I just blew 1700 bucks!
