The best family dental care. Murphree Dental has been our dentist for my family for many, many years with first rate care, and they know how to actually process our insurance. We r dual covered. The same dental hygienist/assistant has cleaned my teeth for all of these years as well. We We drive from another town just to continue to go there. Thankful for them.

I have had all my wisdom teeth pulled except one prior to my visit to Murphree’s Dental. This visit was the worst. Instead of properly cutting my wisdom tooth out or doing the proper review of the x-ray to see that surgically removing the tooth would be best. This Dentist just broke it out and I could hear the cracking of my other teeth and upper jaw bone. It was an awful mess. I have never experienced such pain.

PLEASE whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THE DENTIST AND HIS ASSISTANCE IN THE BACK ARE RUDE. The people up front were nice.
He gave me a shot to numb the pain, and I still felt pain. I've NEVER experienced this with a dentist. Him and the ladies assisting him in the back were arguing. I left there with only Motrin. He should've given me antibiotics. But he didn't. I'm still in so much pain.
This is by far the worst dentist I've ever came in counter with.

My daughter was referred here by another office, the best decision ever! The receptionist was very nurturing, her voice was so calming when she spoke with the parents as well as the kids. Dr. Murphey and his team are the perfect choice and I don't say that lightly. I have been to other dentis office and they don't have the patience for some of the kids. Here at Murphee Dental that had time and patience. Which meant the most to me. I highly recommend going here!

I’ve seldom been so completely satisfied with a service in my life. Every time I’ve had an extraction I have suffered. I would tell them I was not numb enough but they would always pull it anyway. So by the time I made an appointment at Dr Murfree’s I had been in real pain for years with one tooth. True misery for a very long time. Absolute professionalism is what I encountered at this clinic. Kind, calm and reassuring. I DID NOT FEEL DR JIM PULL MY TOOTH OUT!!!!! My relief is immeasurable. I still am experiencing no pain .. I didn’t even hardly bleed . I came home and immediately went to sleep I was so pain free. So if you are looking for an excellent experience at the dentist, it’s right here. If you are old and afraid like me, try this dr. You won’t regret it and you can thank me later!!!
