I have a huge fear of the dentist from being hurt in the past. The technician at Diamond Dental was kind, thorough and gentle. She told me every move she was making so I would be prepared. I had to get a filling repaired and honestly felt nothing thanks to the dentist. The office staff was incredibly professional and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone!

We went to Holley Dental after being referred, we don’t have insurance but my son needed a tooth pulled. Dr Mims examines him, Xray and all then tells him he is getting married and will be out of town and that he would pull it but won’t be in town, so referred him to an oral surgeon. It cost $140 just to be told go to another dentist since I am out of town. We decided to wait until he gets back into town, hoping they would get him quicker since they know him and he is finished with antibiotics, I called for an appointment and there is no available appointments for this week... my complaint is this is very poor patient care, they knew we were paying cash and could not afford to see a surgeon, but were happy to take our money and send us somewhere else!! His tooth needs to come out and we would have not wasted our time or money with this Dental group if we had imagined being put off like this. Also there’s no office manager who can mediate my complaint, the young lady who answers the phone was nice but really didn’t want to help resolve the issue. NO COMPASSION

This is the best dentist I've EVER been to. As soon as you walk in everyone is all smiles and the smiles are genuine!! Makes you eager to actually get dental work and I know people usually hate the dentist lol 10/10!!

Dr. Holley and Dr. Mimms are amazing. April and Paige are always very through without the painful digging. I have never once had a bad experience at the dentist since I started seeing Dr. Holley over 15 years ago.

I highly recommend Dr. Mimms and Tanner! They made me feel comfortable, as I am very anxious about going to the dentist. Dr. Mimms is gently and knowledgeable, talks you through what he is doing, and gave me some tips on brushing. An awesome dentist with top notch care right here in Prattville!

Have had BAD experiences with some dentist. Today was a good experience for me. He was very helpful to calm me and making sure my concerns were answered. Very soft touch and caring . His staff makes you feel like your at home.
