So first off I wanna say I am so thankful for them. When I called they had an opening same day. I needed my wisdom tooth pulled and I was in a lot of pain, it was not fun, but anyways since it was kind of last minute I didnt have a babysitter so I took all three of my kids, my 1, 3, and 8 year old. Now my 2 youngest were a little rambunctious and when I went to the back, the nurses were so nice to entertain my children.
Now I've had experience were if another place had an opening they would call and get me in sooner and it never worked. Well let me tell you the receptionist is nice and caring she was consistently staying on top of everything. She was making sure the patients that were on the move up list were able to get moved up as soon as there was an opening.
I had an appointment a month out to get my wisdom tooth pulled, but I was assured if there was an opening available she would call and let me know. Just over a week later there was a cancelation and she was able to get me in. I am so thankful my mouth is a little sore now but nothing compared to what it was like before. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty!

Everyone here goes out of their way to make sure that their patients are taken care of. The people at Southern dentistry have achieved perfection and yet they still keep trying to do better. After 45 years of not wanting to go to the dentist these people are the only ones that I trust.

I went in the office and a lot of pain and they were very gentle, very nice, and very understanding. I don’t go to the dentist because that is the one thing I am scared of. I don’t know why it just gives me very high anxiety. They made that a little bit easier today and I will definitely make that my place to go.

I have anxiety from a traumatic experience in my past with dentist. As soon as the staff realized this, they were patient and extremely kind, compassionate, and non judgmental. Following an xray, Dr Robinson came in and was patient, professional, and kind. She prescribed me pain medicine for excruciating pain I had dealt with all weekend due to a Friday visit with a dentist in Fairhope who would do nothing for me unless I had it extracted that day or Saturday without being on antibiotics. As an RN I know with this type of issue you have to be on antibiotics for awhile before extracting a tooth to avoid further infection. I now have antibiotics, dealing with the pain, and a treatment plan which is reasonable and medically sound. I will continue to go to Sounthern Dentistry, recommend to anyone, and my family will be transferring to them. They are compassionate, kind, professional and non judgemental! I am truly grateful to Southern Dentistry!

Wife has just started an extensive treatment plan that will take approximately a year to compete. She hasn't gotten to the painful stuff yet, so that will be the real "tell", I guess. She says she loves Martha and says Dr. Robinson is kind and considerate.
