The single worst dental office I have ever had the displeasure of going to. First appt I had cleaning all went well. Second appt was scheduled for cleaning and beginning of crown. I received a call at 300pm on Friday that my 9am appt on Monday had to be rescheduled due to no hygienist to be able to do the cleaning. They had NO problem telling me that I had to reschedule. After throwing a fitime they finally decided to let the dentist do the cleaning. So all went well clean teeth and the work done and crown temporary applied. Scheduled the follow-upbased on work schedule and was called a few days prior and was advised that they had decided to close the office on Thursday's and I was told. . You have to reachedule. 2 days ago the temp crown fell off during the night and was lost.. Called and got an emergency appt at 850a was told that appt would be less than 40 min and they were very clear that I had to be at work 30 mins away by 11. After sitting there for 55 min in the waiting room I finally had to cancel and reschedule that appt. because I could no longer wait. This dental practice is all about them and care very little about the patients and the fact that we book our appts make arrangements for time off and then have them act like its a total inconvenience to them that you ask for your money back because you didn't receive any services. .RUN LIKE HECK TO A DIFFERENT DENTAL PRACTICE..
