These guys are THE best. I had Invisalign done with Dr. Howard back in 2016 and here we are in 2021 and my teeth still look so nice. Every time I go to get my teeth cleaned they ALWAYS compliment the on how well my dentist did with my permanent retainer!
Dr Howard’s staff is also very pleasant as well. The front desk women honestly love their environment and you can tell. I would highly recommend!!

We hadn't been in 4 years due to a series of life circumstances. I made me and all 3 of my kids appointments.
I took my first kid and after he was in the chair, *I* had to ask if I needed to answer any questions or update any info.
When I went to update info, I stated we had different insurance than 4 years ago and apparently they don't take our current insurance. So out of pocket would have been hundreds of dollars, that I don't have at the moment, let alone for all 4 of us.
I just feel like it's really unprofessional for the appointment schedulers to not ask if insurance is different, routinely, but especially after FOUR years. Obviously things have changed if I was willing to go that long without seeing a dentist?
If I had been told from the start that i would have to pay in tcash, I could have, and would have set it aside to do the appointment. But due to their lack of professionalism (it was handled poorly day of, as well), they have lost 4 patients.

I'm from Virginia and had to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr Howard and his staff were awesome. He was able to see me and get me out of pain. Very caring and understanding when I told him of my fear of dentists and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Almost willing to travel back to see him again.

Could not ask for better dental care! I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and they did such a good job with no pain. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Then later that evening they called me to see how I was doing and checked if i needed anything. Thanks classic smiles!

Dr. Howard and his staff have made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have always been terrified of the dentist, but I'm not when I go to his office. They make me feel like a priority and the staff is so patient, kind and personable. I don't mind going.

My wife had a bridge come uncemented last Friday.
Called on Monday and received a am appt. Tuesday. Staff was great, office clean and neat.
Dr Howard was very personable and chatted up Troy's charms and made several food suggestions.
He cleaned up the bridge and recemented it back in place.
He also suggested some future work that will be needed.
Price was reasonable.

Everything were fine at first had a tooth pulled so i told him he pulled the wrong one so now he don't want to see me you pulled the wrong tooth what to you want me to do any body can make a mistake i know what hurts it was hurting then and still hurting how do you walk out of room and say fine you someone you can trust i have sent people to this office cause i loved the people and the way they treat there patients and you walked out
