By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. Came in for my first examination, which was about two hours, long, very thorough. They really took their time to explain everything. Front desk was phenomenal, they really made sure that my insurance covered what it needed to be covered, and co-pay was explained to me prior to being seen. After my examination is summary of my dental plan was gone over with me, and I was able to see the cost of what my insurance covered and what I owed for my next visit, and I was able to set my next appointment all in one city. I came back for cleaning, I forgot my dental hygienist name, but she was wonderful, she really took her time to clean my teeth, and also make sure that I was able to pick up my son on time. Very conscientious and respectful with my time. She took her time to educate me on how to properly brush and floss, my teeth, she also made sure that I was pleased with the cleaning that was done. I would recommend anyone looking for a dental clinic that is, efficient clean, and puts their patients first.

If you need dental work you found your place. The professional experience and dental work was EPIC! They have the most relaxing environment and friendly staff you can imagine. They let you watch Netflix while they work on your teeth lying down like when you were a kid and you imagined having a TV in the ceiling above your bed. Bathrooms are out of a future magazine. If you combined a spa and a dentist office all this place is missing are the massages.10/10 will have teeth cleaned here again.

My mother had a wonderful experience at Anchorage Midtown Dental. They had advanced equipment, were very clear with explanations and they made my mom feel like she was in good professional hands. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Having worked in the field, I know how difficult it is to run a smooth patient experience with the current demand for care and resources available. They could not have done a more perfect job from the time I called for my appointment and throughout the entire appointment. The assistant and Dentist were both great!

Every person I have dealt with at Midtown Dental is stellar. They are extremely professional at each of their jobs. It was actually a joy to go there which is very unusual to say for a dentist office. I highly, highly recommend Midtown Dental.

Facilities are State of the Art, Modern, Clean. Staff are always friendly and consumate professionals. Top notch patient care and always a good experience. Definitely worth checking them out for all of your dental needs. 10 out of 10.

Like many folks, I'm super busy, so to take the time to write a review means a place is either super bad or super great. This place is SUPER GREAT! ALL of the staff is friendly, patient, and kind. Dr. Burke is honest and does a great job of explaining what's going on while she's doing it. They also have Pandora and wonderful TVs in the rooms that help you relax. When I had my bridge done, they had a terrific gizmo I'd never seen like a whole mouth dam that allowed me to breathe & chill while they worked on the area in question. They also gave me my own lip balm during the procedure to keep my lips happy too. They also offer Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) so if you are nervous, for a small extra fee, they will use this to help with that.
EMILY, the hygienist, is SO AWESOME! She is quiet, kind, funny, and GENTLE! She takes her time, notices when she's in a sensitive area, and proceeds with caution. She played music I liked and made sure to always ask how I was doing. Honestly, she is the best hygienist I've ever had.

The only drawback here is that you have to pay in full for things before scheduling. My scaling/root planing was $1600 for the whole mouth - even breaking it into 2 payments would've been nice.

Either way - they spoil their patients - I don't know if I COULD go anywhere else now! :)

My first experience here and it went really great. Highly recommend. Staff is really welcoming and nice. They make sure you're comfortable as well. Definitely will be back.

The dentist and assistant were great however, check out was ridiculous. The young lady at the desk showed no energy in assisting me. She made a basic effort in finding my account details for billing with the response “I can’t find you in the system” I got on the phone with the billing vendor and all she needed was the vendor ID from the office to give my account info. She proceeded to tell them that she said she had never been asked that question and didn’t know what the number was. The other person at the desk had the same response. Even with her saying I had more than enough for this visit and beyond she said there was nothing she could do. The vendor offered to find another way to verify the information bit I gave up and just paid for it. I did not make a follow up appt out of frustration. I know I will eventually make the appt because I really like the dentist but I have to get over the experience.
