The dental assistant that cleaned my son’s teeth was not gentle and she was so mean and not friendly at all. She sounded irritated when my son was having a hard time biting the thing she inserted in his mouth to get some images. She is working with kids she needs to learn how to be more patient. My son cried because of how this dental assistant treated him. The dentist told us that they don’t want kids to have a bad experience with their dental visits but why did they hire someone who does not have enough patience with kids?
