I liked Dr. Foster and the staff was nice enough but I’m giving a poor review because I was told that my insurance “wouldn’t” pay for any part of the treatment plan. The fact is that they don’t take my insurance- but they didn’t tell me that. They also didn’t mention that I could file a claim later for reimbursement. They simply took my card, pretended to check on it and told me it wouldn’t be covered.
Fortunately, I work in medical billing and knew to call my insurance company before agreeing to anything. I got a second opinion from a different pediatric dentist who does accept my insurance and my out-of-pocket cost is now over $3,000 less than what I would have been charged.
I want a provider who is more interested in patient care than lining their wallets. This was shady business- I cannot recommend this place.

A great place to take your kids! My kids actually ask me when their next dentist appointment is because they want to go. The dentists and staff are always very friendly and helpful and work amazingly well with my kids, whether for simple cleanings or more involved dental procedures.

My daughter was not scared at all here, she was terrified at ANMC, we really only switched her over bc it would take months to schedule an appointment and months before an appointment could be made. Denali Pediatrics got her in and seen within a day or two and made her feel comfortable

Took my son there for his first visit to the dentist and it was wonderful! He is usually a nightmare at the doctors office but the staffs and Doctor made sure he was comfortable before beginning and he was absolute angel the whole time! I had to drag him out because he didn't want to leave! Would 100% recommend and will continue my kids dental care with them.
