6/18/22 Update - Customer service is still AMAZING! Been bringing my grandma for over a year now. 6/2021 - I have elderly grandparent whose situation can be complicated, and Mabry Dentristry just rolled with last minute schedule change. Thank you Mabry for being so flexible and understanding! (Note: It helped we kept them updated and didn't just do a no-show for our appt.)

Went to Dr(s). Mabry for 6 years while living in Anchorage. Never had a single complaint! Hygienists are personable and good at their jobs, dentists are professional. Now that I've moved to a new city and had to find a new dentist, I've started to see what a gem this dentist's office really is in comparison. Wish I could go back!

I went in for a broken tooth, they fixed the tooth but never Informed me with how they were gonna fix it. Woke up with a silver cap without my knowledge. My tongue scarred up, now I went in yesterday to put a real looking cap on and they didn’t even cement it enough. I was just eating and it fell out when I called them upset, they told me they didn’t have any appointments. So I don’t recommend this dentist they don’t care genuinely about your mouth. I’m furious that I can’t go get my tooth fixed that THEY messed up.

Dr. Mabry has been my dentist since 1974. He is absolutely first rate as is his staff. My only complaint is that he will likely retire before I am dead. However, his daughter Dr. Lara Mabry is as competent and friendly as her dad and she is first rate as well.

The staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. However, Dr Phillip Mabry has been less than professional with my personal care on multiple occasions. His sense of humor is crass and makes me uncomfortable. This may be fine for some people, but for me, it's just not a good fit. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Mabry has been my Dentist since 1978. Never steered me wrong the whole time. Cant say enough good about him or his daughter who took over my care when he retired in 2016.

My son, Peter's been a client of Dr.Lara and she's been such a gem. He has special needs issue so she sees him at the 'Surgery Center,' for Day procedures! She and her staffs at her office and surgery staffs are top rate and very friendly. It makes the Whole dental visit less stressing to all!
