20 years ago, my first dentist appointment as a 4 year-old was a breeze given the fact Kermit the frog was the first to great me and prize basket waved me goodbye. Dr. Yamamoto and his staff are not only great with kids but kind and compassionate with adults. Even all of these years later - I have chosen to continue to fly back to Fairbanks to visit the dentist. Lisa is the best dental hygienist I have ever come across. I am complimented on my smile weekly - I owe it all to the Yamamoto team.

I had my own dental practice in Fairbanks for thirty five years. After I sold my practice I worked locum tenons for several practices in Fairbanks including many times working for Dr Yamamoto. Dr. Yamamoto and staff are absolutely wonderful. My son and I started going here a few years ago and every visit we've had has been great.
Today, my 6 year old had to have his first cavity filled and was feeling a bit apprehensive about the visit, as many children and even adults do. Dr Yamamoto and staff addressed my son's concerns with care and knowledge in a way that he understood and trusted. By the end of the visit, Dr. Y and staff had my son feeling so at ease that his tight grip on my hand was as light as a feather and he even thanked Dr Y and gave him a hug!
