I kind of hate going to the dentist, but it's a lot easier @ Spruce Roots. Everyone here is kind and non-judgemental. If you're someone who's been away from the dentist for a "minute" like me, these folks are a good choice when you need/want to get back into the dentist's chair.

I've seen most of the hygienists and the assistants and they all are very professional and friendly and do a really good job at keeping you comfortable while receiving service. Dr. Willis is also really great at keeping you comfortable while doing work. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I have gone here for years and have complete trust in Dr. Willis. Great hygentist Stephanie too. There was a recent "mixup" in communication (3 calls with no response) with the front office but apologies were given and Dr. Willis and Stephanie both helped resolve the whole issue. Office manager, Annie too... she was great to get to the bottom of it when I finally just went IN to the office for help.
