It was my first time seeing Dr. Mickus for my yearly exam and she was very thorough with the exam and explanations of my dental needs. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. The office was very clean and pleasant, the staff showed amazing patience, and the dentist was amazing. We just took my four year old daughter in for her first dental appointment and really didn't know what to expect.
I was so stressed that day that I forgot my ID card, which for is is also our proof of insurance because we are a military family. The ladies at the front desk assured me that it would be fine, as long as they could find our account online and copy my id next time.
The hygienist was amazing with my excited daughter. She took the time to explain what each tool would do and then let my daughter ask questions. We did not get all my daughter's teeth cleaned that day, but we did get them all checked and found a few cavities. We were back later the same week to get them fixed up.

I came to Dr. Buetow for a second opinion after I went to a different dentist and was told I needed a ton of work done. I just couldn't shake the uneasy feeling I had from the first dentist and got some wonderful recommendations for Dr. Buetow. I immediately felt more comfortable and after a thorough examination, found out that I did not need all that work done! What a lifesaver! The staff was also super awesome!

The only place that I go. Great customer service. From being able to get in last minute, same day to rescheduling without a hassle. I have never even been put on hold. My dentist did an amazing job. Pretty much spelled out everything to me from step a to step z. Very patient and did as I wanted. I will highly recommend anytime. I love this place. Plus the view from the chair is unbelievable.
