North Pole Dental Workshop

Staff/Reception are excellent. But unfortunately that is where the good experience stops. Dr Bauer is rude and insensitive. I've never needed shots for a cavity, but I was jumping while he drilled HALF my tooth down for a "SMALL" cavity. When I mentioned that he described it as a small cavity, his comment was "It's all relative" He had no care that I don't like needles or shots. After my shot, he said he would be back in a few minutes, but finally came back after 20 and drilled for approximately 5 more seconds. That was one week ago. Today we received a letter from him "firing" us as patients.

North Pole Dental has always given me a positive experience up until today. Please be aware with booking procedures around major holidays that they don’t always have a dentist in office in case something wrong happens. They performed 3 fillings Dec 2nd and 1 fell out 3 weeks later. I called Dec 26th and no one returned my call. I called Dec 27th only to be notified that there would be no Dentist in to fix my filling till after Jan 9th. We move Dec 7th and will now have to pay out of pocket with a new dentist for their mistake. Unfortunate circumstances all together and it’s a very irritating situation.

Dear North Pole Dental Workshop, Your super friendly staff was welcoming when I came in, and they cleaned my teeth so well it was shining white for 2 days. I RECOMMEND TO GO BACK HERE AGAIN!

Everyone here is just SO NICE! My 8 year old and I have both been here and they were great with him and I was very impressed with the work they did on my teeth as well. Everyone was so kind and put me at ease.

Absolutely hands down the nicest staff and doctors I have ever met.
I have EXTREME dental anxiety, I came in with a cracked tooth that needed more work than just pulling and they eased and indulged every concern or worry I had.
Four days after they humored my worry about some stitching, let me come in checked me out, reassured me more and sent me on my way.

Absolute blessing of an office. I’m not even done with all of the work needed to be done and I couldn’t wait to leave a review, they’re that wonderful!

10/10 recommend if you have any kind of dental anxiety because they will make you feel so much better every step of the way!
(And they also answered all of my numerous questions over the phone afterwards. ALL OF THE QUESTIONS, with no hesitation and never made me feel like I was silly or inconvenient for asking!

I enjoy going here for all my dental needs! The two ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming, the dentist was rigorous and extremely patient when I was worried about my treatment. The office manager was exceptionally aware of how my insurance covers my treatment and was detailed and sensitive to my worries while explaining my treatment to me. The hygienist were gentle and thorough. The doctor got me in and treated me all in the same day! Amazing place to go! Thank you!

I had a great experience from start to finish with this office. The desk staff was inviting and thorough, the hygienists and assistants were gentle, and the doctors were attentive. Everyone was knowledgeable and sensitive about my treatment and were able to answer my questions. The doctor and office manager did a great job of going over my treatment plan so I understood what my options were and how my insurance would work into the equation, that way I was sure of what my plan was before we started any work on my teeth. All around, these people know what they're doing and have an efficient way of getting it done!

Went to get 2 procedures done yesterday and on the 6th of this month. Was greeted with a warm welcome from the lady at the desk each time. The procedures (extractions and fillings) was painless!!!!!! Such a great team here. I will highly recommend this dentistry!!!!

I took my girls here one time for thier checkups. A month later I had to be seen and they remembered me! I had an extraction done today and the staff was very accommodating and gentle. Moving around a lot, I always dread finding another dentist, but I am really happy to be a patient here :)

I had the dentist inject me with novicane to get ready to drill before they found out my insurance wouldn’t cover it. So they let me go. I went to another dentist to have the spot checked out and they said there was nothing. So I went to another and they also said there was nothing. It was just a scam to make money. So I don’t trust them to be honest and quit going here. That was a year ago. Last week we were discussing this at church and three other people had the same experience with them faking problems for insurance. As a mechanic I’m disgusted when mechanics fake problems to charge more to customers. And as a patient of a medical facility I’m also pretty irritated that they think that lowly of us.
Be careful people. They aren’t trustworthy.
