The staff were all very professional and helpful. I was greeted by a happy crew who seemed genuinely eager to help. I have had issues with my mouth for years and have been to many dentist to try and get help and they are the only ones who have actually walked me through a real plan to getting the help I need and in a way that will work for me financially. I am beyond happy with my experience here and will definitely be recommending Ridgeway Family Dentistry to everyone I know.

I broke a tooth and needed quick attention. Ridgeway Dentistry got me in very quickly. An hour later my tooth was repaired and seems to be as good as new. I have only praise for Dr. Bauder and his assistant for the professional care that they gave me. Not only was the care very professional, but it was done with a bit of humor. I have been a patient of Dr. Bauder's for15 years. I am extremely persnickety about the care of my teeth and who works on them. Dr. Bauder and his staff continue to impress me! From his staff in the front, to his chair side dental assistants and his dental hygienist, they are polite, conscientious and very knowledgeable about their duties. Also how I appreciate never having to work with the insurance companies, because it is always taken care of by the front desk staff ! About 3 years ago, I received a tooth implant from Dr. Bauder. There are many stages of this procedure and each stage was fully explained to me along the way. My implant continues to be wonderful! Also my family has been so lucky to have our wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bauder and we never had any problems.
Dr. Bauder is extremely knowledgeable, conservative with dental procedures, honest and receives continuous education. I highly recommend him and his staff for complete and competent dental care!

Courteous, prompt and professional. What I appreciated about Dr. Ursy is he explained everything that he was doing very clearly and if I have any questions just ask.

I am pleased to commend Dr. Bauder and his team in their superb delivery of extensive and complex care. I noticed upon entry the friendly smiling greeting. The reception area was well appointed with comfortable seating, current reading materials and a very nice refreshment bar. When it came time for my visit with Dr. Bauder, I was escorted to the treatment area with a smiling assistant who gave me clear information on the nature of my visit. I noticed the cleanliness of the treatment areas and modern up to date facilities/equipment. Dr. Bauder confirmed and explained the plan of treatment. He and his team worked very well and smoothly together keeping me informed what was being done and what I could expect at each phase of care. The professional manner exhibited by Dr. and his team was exemplary and my comfort was constantly confirmed
. The entire visit was excellent and of course, the kind of care all patients should receive. I have chosen an excellent professional team for my care and am confident other patients will agree with me. I highly recommend Dr. Bauder and his highly qualified team for any dental treatment. I have avoided the dentist for years because of previous experiences. Ridgeway Family Dentistry has made me feel very comfortable each time I have been there. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful in moving you through the process.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient at this office as well as an employee. Dr. Bauder is great at making his patients feel comfortable and relaxed during dental treatment. He prides himself on quality over quantity and continues to further his education by staying up to date on the latest technology and dental techniques.Not only is he an exceptional dentist but he is a great employer. I enjoy learning new things from him and I love that he offers such a wide array of services. He is a general dentist but dabbles in everything and loves a good challenge. I would recommend my family and friends to him if they lived closer!

They are so attentive to their patients and go out of their way to make them comfortable. They care and definitely show it! Both the staff and the doctors are phenomenal! They listen and answer questions so you know 100% what is happening and what they would like to do! Would recommend this office to anyone!
