I have always had great results. What I really like is that when you get your x-rays done, you have a 'plan' in place. YOU can choose what you want to have done next. It shows you tooth by tooth what needs to be done, and the price of doing it. I love that option. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. :)

I used to hate going to the dentist. Not since I found this place. I look forward to getting a cavity or getting a tooth knocked out so I have the chance to go visit this wonderful group of people. Always friendly staff, fancy new equipment and on time appointments. They are also great with my kids.

After several frustrating encounters over the years with local dentists and most recently with Gentle Dental and their staff, I found myself on Facebook asking for suggestions and information about dentist’s out of state or out of country. I had just received a quote for over $9000 in dental work on top of the implants that the dentist had told me were needed earlier in the day. Those implants were approximately $6600 per implant. This was after waiting almost a week to get in to address a horrible toothache, that I was charged $188 out of pocket for that they didn’t even fix. Still in pain I was feeling defeated and that I had no other option than to go out of state for assistance and dental care that was more affordable. I was PM’d by an amazing lady named Samantha who works at Soldotna Dental Arts. She asked me to explain my situation and then proceeded to invite me to see her dentist for a free second opinion. They were able to get me in the next day. Dr. O gave me a thorough exam and then we had a very in depth conversation about his findings. Turns out that of the 3 crowns, 10 fillings and 4 in-depth cleanings making up the $9000 plus quote that I had received from Gentle Dental, only 1 filling and 1 crown repair were necessary along with the cleanings. The so called spots that they wanted to fill were simply stains on my teeth. I’m absolutely disgusted that yet another dentist in this town would drill unnecessary for dollars. The experience with the staff at Soldotna Dental Arts has renewed my faith that there are honest, caring professionals that still have their patients best interests at heart. They wouldn’t let me leave until they addressed my toothache, again at no charge as part of my free consultation. I’m actually looking forward to seeing Dr O and Samantha again. I trust they will be able to give me the smile I have always wanted for a fair price that I can afford.

Great staff!! Highly recommend, called the day before for a crown and throbbing mouth pain. Staff adjusted the schedule just to bring me in ASAP. Very professional and friendly couldn’t say enough great things about this place.

From AZ & had crown break. Office was able to fit me in & set up a replacement crown in one day. Dr O’Donoghue was extremely helpful with trustworthy competency. Highly recommended.

The work I recieved from Dr. O'Donoghue and his Staff at Soldotna Dental Atrs was Excellent! Dr. O was totally straight with me, and did very good work! Sam, Savannah, and Harley are great assistants and helped make my experience comfortable, and easy. everything was clean, tidy and well kept. Music was good, the office smelled nice, and not like chemicals. And SDA is the only dentist I have ever been to that was actually a Fun Experience!
